Probably one of the worse experiences in any grocery store any where place or time. If I could rate it a negative I would. One star is too many. Senior day at Frys yesterday: 1) Store is packed, management knows this is the busiest day of the month, and has stacks and stacks of product blocking the entire store. At one point I was trapped in the milk section. The unopened boxes, this is at 9:30 AM made it impossible to navigate the store.. 2) tried to purchase deli, the person working there ignored me for ten minutes. Too busy looking at prep to wait on me. 3). all items are extra expensive, did they increase the price because of senior day? 4) frys used to be cheaper than other stores, now its more expensive with the product in most cases inferior or outdated. 5. try to check out, there are two open checkouts, with numerous other people ahead with full carts, they want you to use the automated checkouts which few use. Any way, Frys is horrible, this store is horrible, I won't ever return on a senior discount day.!!!!!! It is what hell probably looks like on a good day! Management here should be fired!!!!

My little sister got married and we knew the baker at the bakery at Frys Off of Willow Creek was talented. OMG what an amazing job she did. It was classy, beautiful and tasted yummy. Thank you Melanie Woodruff-Williams for you wonderful cake.Melanie also made some cupcakes a couple of months back, again amazing!

Wonderful experience at this Frys today... Busy store, but the service was terrific... If you're fortunate to get Tracy N. on checkout, you'll conclude the shopping experience with a smile. She's very sweet & pleasant, making the transaction enjoyable. Good work Tracy!

Like many who have posted, the Fry's store on Willow Creek needs more engaged management. Again yesterday, the deli was closed apparently due to lack of staffing at 2:30 pm. - There was no sign posted indicating it was closed, so folks were standing around the counter area wondering what the hell was going on. The produce employees indicated some have just quit or don't show up for work, I spoke to a manager (female, did not get her name) who came up with all kinds of excuses as to why this continues to be a problem at her store. "People constantly yell and scream at us about the deli." -- I suggested cross training other employees, borrowing from other Fry's stores, incentives, etc. but it fell on deaf ears. She was standing around with another employee taking NO LEADERSHIP ROLE in solving the problem and at LEAST, make sure deli customers were notified -- part of the problem here could be her lack of leadership. They even said, 'Do you want a job?' (insulting customers - this is a training red flag).I tried to reach the district manager at his/her office in the PV store - I was told by an employee that the public CANNOT speak to the DM and refused to give me a name or contact number except to call Kroger -- so I tried to call Kroger and was on hold for nearly 30 minutes - the 'customer service' call taker refused to provide DM info or discuss any issue without answering a series of questions and providing a Kroger club card number. It was like a background check for the CIA --How this company operates under these circumstances is unbelievable. I really feel sorry for the seniors who come to Fry's expecting the deli to be open yet intimidated to confront the manager when it is not. Even when the deli is open, it is always short staffed -- the store is full of employees buzzing around like ants, but they DARE not enter the deli apparently --THIS IS SIMPLY A LEADERSHIP ISSUE --- SO SAD -- I have reached out to Kroger by email and IM, but have heard nothing.I recommend some training for upper management before the store's reputation sinks further.Dwight

I wrote my review and wanted it to be on THIS location...Willow Creek Rd, Prescott, Az 86305 I was in the store last Saturday night. A woman and a manager?...she was carrying a cash drawer, were disgussing a refund. It was going nowhere. Then all of a sudden the employee YELLS out, "Get the F--- out of MY store!!!" She did say the FULL word!!! I was shocked!!! Is that in the manager handbook? There is no training!!! In general many of the employees at this store are VERY RUDE...this was over the top...there are a few nice ones....very few.Later I saw this employee and her name badge began with an "R" she is of slight build, 30's possibly AND had these over-the-top EXTREME eyebrows.I will not take my business where employees CANNOT control themselves. I do NOT want to hear such....I am DONE. Sprouts, Safeway and Costco are close enough.

Fry's Kroger another conglomerate chain that covers the mainland. This one has always been clean or well kept and the employees are mostly excellent. The downside is they try very hard to sell Kroger products which are a fair low cost try alternative but certainly lack quality. They no longer carry and won't order veal or osso buco which is not good. They have become woke driven with their policies on publications to carry. No hunting or outdoors man type magazines but LGBT is fine. Whatever happened with open p r Ed's and free speech? Also their cuts of beef or pork for the Asian community are non existent. Yes I'll use them for convenience but a new alternative would bury them.

There is something seriously wrong with this store. And it can only come from the management (or lack thereof) down. The store is a total mess. The deli is dirty and should be shut down by the health department. Departments closed and not staffed. If I was management above the local management I would fire the lot and get some competent personal and shape that place up.

11/17/22-I would like to personally thank Cody/Willow Creek Fry's Pharmacy & Jacob/Fair Street Fry's Pharmacy-Both were instrumental in getting me the urgent anti-biotics that I needed after getting near death test results and needed the pills ASAP. They TRULY went ABOVE & BEYOND, thanks!!!

This place is a joke. On two separate occasions I had different medications (nothing out of the ordinary, pretty common medications) that couldn't be filled here because they said their supplier doesn't have it in stock and they can't get it. Through my Insurance I have the home delivery options (it just takes longer to get medication, hence why I would rather use a local Pharmacy), so I contacted my home delivery Pharmacy and miraculously I had zero issues getting both of those medications. I'm not sure who their supplier is, but they need to get a new one!

I love my Frys pharmacy. I’ve been with them for about 15 years. Probably longer. I’ve had 1 incident that was disappointing. It was with a maleemployee who has been there for years. At this incident he was extremely rude and dismissive. It bothered me so much I called back when I got home and spoke to him directly about his behavior. It was so upsetting I considered changing to another pharmacy. I dreaded going there for years. I own my own business for 20 years now and would never accept that behavior from a team member. This was years prepandemic . He is no longer there. I find the rest of the team polite, kind and down to earth everyday people like us. The behaviors I witness from customers to the staff is shocking sometimes. When it’s my turn I let them know how much I appreciate them and the wonderful service they provide. Trying to bring balance back to their moment. They are good people trying to help. We need to remember that.

You can add certain young cashiers as being totally rude and dismissive. Not willing to go a little extra in the way of customer service. The more seasoned cashiers are very nice.

The staff is rude and racist. I will not be going to this location again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Yelp really needs to fix this.
