Setting an appointment by phone was quick and easy. We arrived early and were helped right away. The staff were friendly and engaged in helping us.. But alas, in the end, they couldn't solve the problem. Minus 1 star for that.

Unmounted old TV from the frame/mount, mounted New 65" TV, set up, and removed all packaging.Very well done and professional.
