Great Clips is always friendly and give me a great haircut every time. The ladies are always talkative of course, ha ha, and I got the one guy, and he was just as good, and communicated well for what I needed! Zero on the side, and 6 on top!

I always am welcomed by all of the ladies at our Great Clips. I have been very happy with every haircut I have received from the various ladies. They are ALL an asset to Great Clips. Very satisfied with checking in online.

I went here to get my hair cut on 8/11/24. I didn't notice it at first, but the bottom of my hair is very uneven — with some strands much longer than the rest of it. My bangs are not straight either; one side is noticeably slanted compared to the other. I've had to fix it myself (to the best of my ability). I've had better experiences with the Great Clips in Prescott Valley.

0 stars if I could. Very poor customer service and unclean floors. A Veteran fell because the establishment was dirty as well as a child, all in a matter of 15 minutes. The wait was over two hours, and if you check-in in person, you are always pushed further back on the list regardless how long you’ve waited.

0 stars, made me give them one. Horrible service, rude, snappy, disrespectful, absolutely will not go again. I sat here for two hours being lied to the entire time. Then they just let people keep going in front of me. Refused to even answer my questions. Horrible.

Lorie did an awesome job, I will drive across town for this Great Clips for her haircuts even though another salon is closer to me.

I just moved to the Prescott area and was very worried about who would cut my hair here. I was greeted in a friendly manner at the front desk and escorted to a chair. I was very happy with the job. Amber did. She was pleasant, kind, and very professional.
Requested style: I have a chin level Bob and my bangs are the same length as the rest of the Bob.
