He made me feel welcome and even gave me some really helpful advice as someone who had never been to Prescott, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. The gym has everything you need, and it was never crowded when I worked out at night. I miss that cozy gym 😭”

“Excellent gym for the price. Black card membership gives semi decent massages and infrared light therapy. I can also bring a guest anytime I want for free. Just wish they had a sauna.”
“I am brand new to Captain Crossfit and I can't say enough good about the place. The community of other members is friendly and welcoming. The owner, Coach Michelle, is capable of training the most advanced athletes as well as beginners and working directly with them to meet their specific capabilities. I am a beginner, formerly a decent athlete but now old, and in the group setting she makes adjustments to my routine to best fit what I can and can't do.
Michelle offers membership plans that are reasonably priced and fit most needs. Twice a week, no problem, unlimited, no problem. 10 class card to use over 6 months, yep. And drop ins.

“First, this isn't a gym the size of an EOS. They have a limited amount of machines and free weights. But-and it's an important but-there are enough machines and weights to get the job done. I like the staff: helpful, friendly, and down to earth. Signing up is hassle free, and being open 24 hours is a blessing. Nothing fancy but it works well.”
