Halstead is the best place I have found to buy chains and clasps. The information they provide on best clasps to go with each chain has been invaluable. Then they go one step further and provide the best possible customer service. 5 stars all the way!

Have been buying from Halstead for a number of years and like the selection of Sterling and Gold Filled products, the pricing, and quality is top notch. If an item has run out they will contact you via Text so decisions can be made promptly. Love this company and love their Blog, and informational pieces they send out as well. Many times they have items I cannot find elsewhere, especially at the offered price. Highly recommend!

I've been ordering findings from Halstead for years. The quality of their products is perfect and the customer service is amazing. Also they have very competitive prices, often better than other suppliers! If you have a jewelry business and haven't checked Halstead out, it's time!

I've been a customer with Halstead for at least 15 years, maybe longer. I decided it was time to leave them a review because they are one of my favorite companies! Every order is packaged perfectly. I've never had an issue. The products are great quality and that's why I've been so loyal. But the best part is the consistency, the staff, the market based pricing and the sweet thank you card every time! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!

The customer service is hands down, THE BEST! They are prompt and courteous, and respond in an appropriate amount of time during their business hrs. I left a message when they were closed, and they got back to me first thing,(Pacific time,) the next day, and even added 1 more item to my order for me that I had forgotten. Shipping is so quick and packed well. Even though a few items vary in price in comparison to other big distributors, it’s worth the few extra pennies to feel like a valued customer.

I love Halstead for my silver supplies. Their products are perfect quality and I'm never disappointed. Especially chain - I don't buy chain from anywhere else.
