“It was my error with respect to the email address used to order that caused the confusion. I can’t figure out how to delete original review. Very sorry for confusion. Still, I think there should be alternative means by which a vendor can verify a transaction, especially one to their benefit, besides just the email address. Phone numbers, shipping address, etc. would have offered some clarity.”

“Originally I put three stars because I tried to contact them before driving 25 minutes to get there and then see a sign on the door that they were closed. However I think that was unfair, not I’m giving four stars because I have yet to give them a second chance but I think they should be more communicative with their customers.”
