Absolutely the worst most Insulting customer service ever. Didn’t have recipes but the packed box with their bar code on it. Since I was buying $300 more stuff I said a gift card would be fine. They said they couldn’t help me. I said because I use cash I get punished? He replied sarcastically “have a good day sir” and then I said apparently this is why you have 2 stars on Yelp. He laughed so hard I could hear him 20 yards into the parking lot. HD can forever Go F themselves!

If getting poor service and being mocked by the staff then this is your place. I bought a heater from them that had a short in it so I returned it. I remembered I had my receipt but when I got to the counter I couldn't find it. I had paid cash for it and the man helping me said because I paid cash for it there was nothing he could do even though his bar code was on the packed box. I also said I was going to buy something else so a gift card would be fine. This has happened once before when I didn't have a receipt. So I said it's amazing that paying with cash hurts you and that was ridiculous. He then abruptly dismissed me with a "good day sir!" And I said this apparently is why you have two stars on Yelp. He mockingly laughed at me so loud and so long that 20 yards into the parking lot I could still see him. When I got to my truck I find my receipt, it had just fell out of my pocket when getting my gloves. So I went back in and asked for the manager. I was met by a short Hispanic guy who was even ruder then the first guy having explained what happened. As I walked out I saw him walk pass the employee and smile and shake is head like I was some how unreasonable. I have used HD hundreds of times and am working on a million plus renovation fifteen minutes away. With Lowe's being 3 minutes away I cannot see myself setting food in Home Depot ever again. I will literally go to Ace, True Value, anyplace other then Home Depot. I have worked to hard to be treated with such disrespect and Mockery. I am disgusted. Two stars as an overall rating should have already made you evaluate your hiring. Lowe's pekoe were wonderful and got todays $316.

I just called to ask if they had live Xmas trees and the woman said "we have cut trees." Ok. Then I asked if I could pick one up because online it says pick up is unavailable and she hung up on me. I called back and the same woman in Lawn and Garden answered. I suggested she must have hung up accidentally and explained again that I was asking about availability to avoid having to drive to the store only to find I couldn't pick up a tree. She said with ridiculous attitude, "I'm looking right at them." This woman was so incredibly and unnecessarily rude for such a simple question. I'll find somewhere else for trees - and anything else home related.

Went in to make a purchase. Half the prices are missing. Employess standing around doing nothing. Lumber section looked like a bomb hit it. Concrete bags broken open...unkempt. did I say many employees standing around?

We should have read reviews before buying flooring and signing up with their vendor for installation. A very stressful nightmare from that day forward! They charged a large delivery fee to have flooring carried "across the threshhold" because it had to be inside for their vendor. Then the delivery vendor arrived with all the flooring and said 'we aren't allowed to bring up any steps. Tbere were (4) steps to a deck.'. Ok..then cancel order we said. They left but T returned and brought it in (with my help). So HD doesn't know their own vendor's policies.Then after waiting 30 more days for installation, Western States flooring did not show up. After they requested toilet removed, bed put away etc. House was ready and nearly empty. They called off the same day after they were to arrive. Manager stated their crew was stuck in Mexico due to a death. Another employee called it a family tragedy. But guess what? They couldnt get someone out for two more weeks?! The guy was supposedly there for a funeral. For two weeks? Their reviews show that this is no surprise. Others have had no-shows. One guy had two no-shows in a row. We cancelled their install and will find someone else. Why does home depot partner with these types oplf operations? HATE HOME DEPOT. WILLNEVER ENTER THEIR STORES AGAIN.

I will start out by saying, I work in the service industry there for I am extremely forgiving and patient. This time I will not let it go. The store is a mess. A huge mess. Not the first time. Store manager and department managers obviously are understaffed or just don't care. Seemed liked plenty of employees. Products everywhere needing to be stocked. Clogging up isle ways. Maybe the truck just came for delivery. Who knows. Empty carts blocking every isle. Employees who are so rude. I know everyone can have a bad day but... our cashier basically was the top to this bad experience. I have her name from the receipt but I won't use it. We kindly started checking out. We asked how she was. She said I guess I'm ok. Fine. She has such a hard time with everything. Then she had the audacity of telling us to calm down, just because we asked why the piece of scrap wood was not priced correctly. And we were super polite. Not good of her at all. Super disappointed. I feel like this store is getting worse.

This place is horrible! I spend over $20k a year at this Home Depot for tools and supplies for my business and it has just gotten worse and worse. First of all, the employees are pretty much ninjas. You chase them around for help, they turn the corner, and POOF they’re gone! And if you happen to back one into a corner so that they can’t get away, they are usually unhelpful, grumpy, and act like you are putting them out. Usually when a business is this bad, it stems from bad management and poor corporate policy. Do yourself a favor, go to Amazon for your tools (if you are a Milwaukee guy/gal) and Lowe’s for your building supplies. Lets cut this cancer out of our community!

I came in to find a new houseplant. One employee (who I did not catch her name), helped me to find more pots. Karen my cashier gave me some advice on plant care and was very nice. Overall I am always so satisfied with Home Depot off AZ-69.

There's a woman that works in customer service named Cheryl... Ummm ... I don't know where to begin, but I know there are many more customers that experience the same things I do. She is not professional at all, and needs training, but is no spring chicken. So maybe she hates her job but is stuck there... Whatever it is, something has to change. She is scaring off customers every day.aybe she needs a two week vacation on a beach, recharge her batteries, get a chance to reflect n come back w a better attitude... ?.

Here often and lately delivery has been a struggle. From clients having the same package shipped seven times and it's still broken, to my recent personal one where they can't make delivery deadlines, being off by as much as four days. I'd leave a lower review if it weren't for ONE EMPLOYEE :Jared! I'd personally seen him at the store already the day prior, when I called with my delivery issue in the morning he was there. That eve near closing time I came in and he was STILL there, on the 4th of July too. He was incredibly helpful and patient despite having been working so many hours at the time. FIND BETTER DELIVERY/SHIPPING EMPLOYEES/COMPANY. Can't tell people next day delivery and then give a new date the next day....

Do not buy an appliance from here.It's Prescott and probably at least 1/2 the population uses propane.THEY CANNOT CONNECT TO PROPANE. BUT LOWES CAN.Went twice within a span of 10 days to buy an oven. The assigned person for appliances, believe her name was Kelly, was never there. No one was around that could help me buy an appliance and discuss home set up. So I bought it online. It's Prescott I assumed connecting to propane would be no issue.They delivered the new oven, but weren't able to connect it because we use propane. Half of Prescott uses propane!! They had no solutions and took the other oven. The store had no answers. When my boyfriend went to the store to try to figure it out Kelly was outright rude to him to the point that other workers apologized for her behavior. The manager stated they don't have people certified to connect appliances to Propane, and they don't have a solution for customers that use propane other than call around. Guess what our propane company doesn't do that so we're screwed. 1k oven that we can't use.Lowe's connects to propane. Go there. Also pretty sure their staff isn't rude and tries to resolve customer issues.
