“The cutest hotel room that felt so homey!! We had a messy day of travel delays and we didn’t arrive until late.
Shoutout to Nick who was so prompt, informative, and kind on the emergency line!! The rooms were clean and really cute, and there was a bottle of wine ready for us. Very comfortable stay- I wish we stayed longer than 1 night!”
“I LOVED this place. I have stayed at 4 other places in town and this place was by far my favorite! I was able to get one night when many other places had two night minimums. The service is so attentive and friendly. There are complimentary snacks and water bottles stocked. The facility and rooms are super clean and adorable. Everything is in walking distance downtown. I can’t give enough positive feedback. Wish I could afford another trip this month as I would stay here again in a second!”

“We stayed at this place was amazing. Perfect location next to everything in Prescott, including on Saturdays directly next to the farmers market.
Also close to all the bars and the sharlot museum. Love this place all wooden floors, lots of good creaking and a really awesome old elevator.
And the top it all off there’s an actual speakeasy underneath. That’s a really cool club with live music with the extra money if you’re going to stay here.”

“This is the cleanest, politest, best located Hampton inn I’ve ever visited. The room was absolutely spotless. The staff was extremely nice and polite. And breakfast was fresh and refilled for the entire 6-10 time span. (Usually the waffle batter is empty by the time it hits 9 but not here!)”

“We went there with my toddler and baby . Very very clean and spacious rooms . The staff was super friendly . We reached in the evening and they offered cookies and lollipops , and also mentioned they can provide milk and yogurt in the night if need be . The location was very close to downtown - we went for the boot drop. We didn’t use the swimming pool , but they did have it and a hot tub and a fireplace . Ample parking . Breakfast had good options for kids and adults alike and is available from 6-10 pm on weekdays . If you are a big family and want a decent stay at a reasonable price , this is a must stay place .”

“Working with The Grand Highland Hotel was an absolute delight! We decided to host our wedding here and we couldn’t be happier with how professional, accommodating, and helpful they were. We loved the natural beauty of the venue and it allowed us to be rather minimal with our decor. The outdoor space is beautifully kept and versatile, while the indoor ballroom was elegant and functional. The venue staff was attentive to our needs and very flexible. They even had two venue mapping options for the sometimes flippant weather Prescott experiences. The assistance we received from the venue for set up and tear down was invaluable, helping ease many of the stresses wedding planning can create. Jeanne was with us the whole evening making sure guests felt welcomed and coordinating many of the moving parts for our day. Our bartender was lively, efficient, and made us feel celebrated on our day. Weddings can be wickedly expensive, but we are incredibly fortunate for how much value this venue provided. We couldn’t imagine any other venue hosting us for the best day of our lives!”

“Do you want somewhere beautiful and spooky? Hotel Vendome is one of the only haunted hotels I've been to where I felt this level extreme energy. This place was so active, it made my skeptic fiance rethink some things.We stayed in two different rooms including room 16 (Abigail & Nobles room). BOTH rooms were active. I will be updating this when I get a chance to write up what all went down, but for now just know that what happened to us here has forever impacted my experiences with the paranormal.”

“Rooms: Secure locks and all rooms are non smoking. People step outside to the front patio to smoke sitting on the comfortable gliders provided.Safety: Great management. Residents are polite and considerate. Security cameras in place. Very quiet and peaceful.Walkability: Within easy walking of nice restaurant, easy access to convenience store. Historic landmark nearby of original owners and memorial to Veterans. Army, Navy, Marines and. Air Force. Visited a friend' who rents a room in a monthly basis. Wonderful location. We love Prescott.Noteworthy details: Lovely rose bushes surround the courtyard. Beautiful and nostalgic. A must see.”

“I am ? shocked at the negative reviews. This place was absolutely ? right for us. We stayed at rom 124. As I walking i noticed many of the rooms looked clean as we had. Great beds, 3 pillows per beds. We had two queen size bed. Easy check out. Just a good ? experience. We will be returning again our next trip in December.”
“We picked this hotel because Marriott usually means a higher standard but I have started to see some Marriott's fail to keep up the higher quality. I was in business for many years and traveled quite a bit and Marriott was my go to, sadly no longer.
We were in Prescott Az looking for property to relocate and it was also our Anniversary.
We picked a two room suite with a full kitchen but the selling point was they boasted a great gas fireplace. We wanted the ambiance of having fireplace. At first were impressed with the suite that included the kitchen a dining table and large computer desk. It came stocked with dishes and eating tools even a dish washer.
They did have a very nice fireplace but it would not light. We immediately contacted the front desk and while they promised to have someone check it. After waiting another day we called the manager and she said she would look into it and within a few hours a maintance man came by and while he tried he could not get it to work and promised to come back.
That never happen and again I asked someone else at the front desk and I said I actually paid a premium because we wanted a fireplace to celebrate our 55th anniversary. The said they would look into it.
We have been here 9 days and tomorrow we are heading home an excepted the first time we have not seen a maintenance person and no working fireplace.
While the room appeared be up graded we soon saw a number of issues. They had nice wood planking but the bath room really needed work. The grout on the floor was coming up in numerous areas and it needs painting.
They have a good size closet but you need a strong person to slide the doors. My wife could not even move them
The internet is spotty the cable TV which claims free streaming channels most did not work.
They have a simple breakfast but it was reasonable but the food was not always hot and my wife took it to the room to it heat up.
In addition while the room is pretty pricing they also charged $7 a day for parking.
One bright spot was the staff I rarely found people so pleasant, friendly and helpful especially the Asst gen. manager Hailly Mailes and deskman Christopher. While I was disappointed with the condition of the room and lack of a fireplace they seemed to try their best.
They do have a pool and exercise room but they need to work on up grading”

“Traveling from Montana to Arizona to have some work done our van we got a last minute appointment so we needed a last minute room that would acomidate our large van and a dog. Sierra inn had us covered we needed a room a hot shower and a place close to all the fun stuff Prescott has to offer minutes from whiskey row, pets allowed, and a great location I would recommend a stay :)”

“Stayed at the Quality Inn to see the tree lighting with our kids. There wasn't anything wrong with the room and there wasn't anything special about it either. It was a room. It served is purpose. The only complaint is about their breakfast in the morning. All they offered was sweet items. Waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit and juice. Not looking for restaurant options, or great quality, but wish some savory items were offered. Even if it was pre-made breakfast sandwiches to warm up in a microwave. All that was available was sugar, sugar and more sugar. Ended up buying breakfast somewhere else which is also fine but if you are looking for a variety of breakfast items they don't offer it unless it is sweet.”
