“I could write an entire novel of our adventures in switching back to Verizon as our phone carrier. Needless to say, there was another carrier who lied to us at a certain bulk warehouse, which will remain nameless. After a year of horrible service on that particular carrier, our family had enough. We marched into this store and sat down with Arthur. He quickly told us about his experiences working in the industry and didn’t promise us anything he could not fulfill. For example, he said due to the holidays there weren’t the exact phones we needed in stock. He said it would take at least a few weeks to most likely get them into the store. One day later, he called us back and told us to his surprise that he was able to find the exact phones we wanted. So we went in to the store to get the phones. He then informed us he had found us two other deals that were going on, that we didn’t know about, and saved us over $1300! On top of that, we had problems with that other carrier getting our numbers supported over and he spent, I am not exaggerating, six hours over two days getting the numbers switched. I also worked with Alex on one of the days when Arthur was busy with another customer. Everyone has been fantastic at the store. Definitely check them out!”

“I was a Sparklight customer in Prescott for 2-1/2 years. Their internet service was exceptional. I'm cheap, so I had one of the lowest bandwidth packages. It was more than enough for the two of us, her on Facebook while I video gamed. For me, the exceptional upload speed and lower latency was perfect for gaming. I think they are the only game in town.

We experienced only two service outages that I know of that lasted more than a couple of hours in duration. Sparklight has a text feature, if you enable it, that keeps you abreast of those situations. I highly recommend that you enable that while on the website. They will not bombard you with text messages.”
