I am afraid of needles and thought I was going to die. But the staff was very knowledgeable and I made it through in the end.

Avoid if you don''t have all day .. Get here their check in kiosks are down, their system cant find my appt even though I received five confirmations. Appt doesn't matter you'll be for over an hour, ridiculous. Why make an appt.

Great experience!
Very organized check-in and clean bathrooms. Painless lab procedure, short wait time, and great customer service. Everything went smooth, even with a staff shortage. Big shout out to Mike for wearing many hats and keeping the facility up and running!
