Went in today to get a gallon of paint. After waiting for about 15 minutes, they found someone to help us. When I showed the woman the specs given to us by our painter, she went into an angry rage about what kind of paint, how much, what kind of quality, and on and on. I told her to calm down and I would try to answer her questions. She kept barking out orders and then said they didn't have it. When I told her I didn't appreciate being yelled at, all she said was that I was exaggerating. I won't spend another dime at a store that truly resents their customers.

Lowe's Prescott Arizona is a joke. The manager there does not know how to manage or make executive decisions. Dennis is merely a figurehead who handles problems by saying there is nothing he can do. I tried to purchase carpet for my rental property and when I brought in the check from my IRA custodian, which they had accepted previously for two prior carpeting jobs, Lowe's told me their system wouldn't accept it. No matter what I said to Dennis, he refused to accept the check, which took me 10 days to obtain from my Ohio IRA custodian. I finally had to pay with a credit card, which took me 10 more days to obtain from my IRA custodian. Then, Lowe's paired me with a company they subcontract to for installing flooring. It took a week for them to call and schedule the measurement and then another week to schedule the installation appointment a week out. On the day of the scheduled installation, without any prior day warning, the installation company called on the day of the appointment and said they needed to reschedule. This was quite upsetting because I had already been paying back $50 a day to the prospective tenants who had already paid me the first and last month's rent. I will never do business with Lowe's again and of course, they don't care because they realize they are one of the only big box stores that carry the home and hardware items that people in my business need. I'll be doing business with local companies that appreciate my business and work hard to earn more. Lowe's sucks and has gotten too big for their britches. Just look at all the other poor reviews and get a clue. If there are any good reviews, I'm sure things went well by mistake. If I ran my business the way Lowe's runs their business, I would go out of business, as should Lowe's. Where Lowe's is concerned, they don't need me and I don't need them. Support your local businesses, not Lowe's. They deserve your business. Lowe's doesn't. To top it all off, Lowe's sent a company out to install the carpeting called ECLIPSE FLOORING. All one would have to do is go to eclipse flooring on Yelp and one would discover that this company also has poor reviews. Along with causing me an expenditure of $50 a day, which eclipse flooring was not willing to compensate me for, they sent two installers who did not speak a bit of English. Of course, I found it very difficult to communicate with these installers and the installation job was not complete until I pointed out where they had missed a small strip of carpeting behind the pellet stove. I found eclipse flooring unwilling to intelligently discuss the issues I had and came up with excuse after excuse for not showing up on time and doing the installation properly. I will never purchase even a screw from Lowe's again as they have screwed me too many times. I would also never recommend eclipse flooring because they don't care about their customers.

the return policy sucks . no receipt no return!!!!! im done with lowes i spent $1200 last month and i get this.¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a home in Prescott, but I needed to replace flooring in the bedrooms and living room before moving in. Liking the selection and prices of the flooring at Lowes, I paid $35 for their contractor to come out and measure my floors and work up a quote for the job. 1. Their contractor is in Phoenix, not in Prescott, so it took 10 days for them to come out and do the measuring in about 30 minutes. The guy said their office would contact me in 2-3 business days with a quote. 2. After 4 business days I went to Lowes to find out why I'd not heard anything. 3. After Lowes contacted the them the contractor contacted me that afternoon. 4. One hitch, they said, was that I needed a Lead Paint Assessment due to the age of my home, but that they don't have the only test kit required to do the test and couldn't tell me when they might have one. (flooring professionals?) 5. They finally sent the quote to Lowes the following day (1 full week after the measure.) 6. After a bit of phone tag I spoke with Lowes, but given all of the above I told them that I'm not interested in their installation. I asked for them to forward me the measurements that I paid $35 for, but they said they don't have those, only the contractor does. (I thought I might at least salvage the knowledge of just how much flooring I need) I'm still living in Phoenix until the flooring is done. I guess I'll have to drive back up to Prescott with my tape measure. I think that sums up my 1 star review. I'm now looking for a Prescott flooring contractor. I'm not sure if I'll buy the flooring at Lowes.

Horrible customer service. Getting as bad as HD. Got a text our order online was ready for pickup. Headed there from Dewey and after 50 minutes, they still can't find it. If it says it's ready for pickup, why is it not up front? Everyone uses the same, "worker didn't show up for work" excuse.

Customer service at Lowe's? It's nonexistent. Try calling the store. Was on hold for a total of an hour and was hung up on twice before someone answered. while speaking with her there was an attitude that I was bothering her. This is Tuesday. Sunday before I went to the store to pickup items ordered. There were three men at the counter two of which gave the the same attitude that the woman on the phone gave me today. the third found my order and assisted me. I asked about a grill I had also ordered and was told by one of two that they couldn't help me. A woman clerk came up at that time and took over, providing me with information of its status. I tried to arrange delivery and was told I could not. To arrange delivery the grill had to be there. They also told me that their assembler was not available. These are the last purchases I will make at Lowe's. Ace will be my choice!

LOOKING FOR HELP! I purchased a LG washer & Dryer with a 5 year extended warranty in January of 2022. It stopped worked June 2023. Filed a claim with Assurant ( Lowes warranty company). Was told I would hear back within 3-5 days for service call. I received a text telling me they were trying find someone to service this area. It has been 30 days with no response, and no service call. I have called numerus times waiting on line up to 1 hour or more. Went to Lowe's store in Prescott Az yesterday and was told there was nothing they could do for me. The Manager Dennis Woods is never in, or returns my calls. I am a 74 year old woman. I have to hire someone to take my clothes to laundromat. ITS JUST NOT RIGHT!

We live in a more remote area of Prescott and we were initially told that only big box trucks would be able to provide free delivery of our refrigerator. After I explained to a manager what our delivery challenges were ( narrow, bumpy dirt roads and driveway with sharp curves and a bridge over a small creek that cannot support anything bigger than a pickup) she went the extra mile and asked her manager what could be done to deliver to us. They made arrangements to personally deliver the refrigerator to us a week later in a pickup truck. Flawless delivery and set up. Thank you so much for your expertise in setting up, Jim, and your professionalism and kindness Marge and Dennis, and for listening to your customer's needs and responding so positively.

My experience with this store (#1157) is too long so I will try and condense it. Defective dishwasher that is now known to the public online was installed in my home. It leaked, out the front door, the 1st time turned on and I caught it. It has apparently caused major damage to many homes. Short story, I ordered a different one. They said they could not remove the defective one until the new order came in, so no credit for it at that time. Two months later I checked on the new order. The Assistant Manager, Amy Phillips, who ordered the new dishwasher, did not process the order correctly as told to me by the Operations Manager, Marge. In the meantime, the new dishwasher was discontinued. I asked for a refund for it and a refund for the defective one. Marge said she would put in a work order to have it removed and then credit my card back. Never happened. Just talked to Amy Phillips and she threatened to not refund my money. I have had a business here in Prescott for over 20 years. This has to be the worst customer service, or lack of, that I have experienced. Marge was professional and very accommodating. Amy Phillips was rude, condescending and unprofessional. Now, I have to seek counsel.

I went in today to looking for kitchen chandelier. I asked for help I was told all the managers are in a meeting. I don't understand why it takes a manager to get help. I guess my thing would be don't go here. Their customer service sucks. They are not willing to help you. I hope the managers read this and realize they've lost a $2000 sale today.

If you are looking for tile go to this Prescott Lowes. Ask for Rachel. She is so kind and helpful and will give you the VIP treatment with old fashioned great service that is so lacking these days. We found the perfect product with her help

We bought a new washer here. Wanted Tuesdsy delivery. Automated call came Monday night saying delivery between 11:30am-3:30pm or call a number for different delivery time. The next day I called 3 times. Was told I'd get a return call in 5 minutes. Never got return call. I called the store. Spoke to assist mngr who called the truck driver. I told her they'll have to deliver after 2:30pm. His phone said voice mail not set up & good bye. I came home at 2:20pm. They were impatiently waiting in front of my house in the Lowes truck. I had 2 barely English speaking men who refused to detach my old washer because it "looked hard to untwist" - they never took out a tool. They eventually left with my new washer because no one wanted to take responsibility for any of the foul up. I came in, got on the phone to the store. Was told asst mngr would call me..... still waiting. We paid an extra $40 to be treated this way by Lowe's Prescott! So unprofessional.
