“Sierra has been fabulous! We have a iSerta office chair where the gas lift stopped working. Sierra guided us to the company that the chair was made. The company True Innovations quickly sent up the gas lift. After several attempts and Google videos, we were unable to figure out how to put it together. Called Sierra and she said to bring it in and they’ll install the part. Every time I spoke with Sierra she was very helpful. She was kind and understanding.
