Took them weeks and 3 phone calls before I finally got my poster for an important fund raiser. Customer service was bad. Service itself was bad. This OfficeMax is only blocks away from me. This is unacceptable.

I have been a customer at Office Max in Prescott for a long time. I go there for all my computer and tech needs. The manager, Anthony, is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He doesn't use "techno speak" and works with the customer no matter what the customers' tech level. I highly recommend this store for your tech and office needs.
