If they don't have your parts in stock do not order them. They'll tell you it'll take one day to get them but you might as well order them online and save yourself a bunch of money. I ordered my parts and they said they're going to be here overnight and they can't find them and they reordered them again and they still can't get them and it's been over a week when it was supposed to be a one-day delivery. I could have just ordered everything online had it in 2 days and spent half the money.

They have had what I needed almost every time I went in there. On a recent occasion, the first location called ahead to another nearby O'Reilly and had them hold the part for me, which in the end, solved a problem with my vehicle and saved hundreds over the dealer's estimate. Glad to have two of their stores in town.

We came out of the grocery store today,with a full trunk load including ice cream and the car would not start!After receiving a couple of jumps, it started.And we headed straight to O'Reilly, Jacob was great.Efficiently handled my order. as well as about seven other customers.He got bombed with everyone coming at one time.He
then graciously installed the battery for us.He was very pleasant and took it all in stride.Great service,we will be going back when needed.He saved our day, and the ice cream as well..

I Frequently come here to get all my vehicles needs taken care of. Staff is very friendly, especially the manager Trent. It’s much quicker than scheduling a mechanic just to check my battery, oil, etc., they are always quick to help me take care of my needs. Thanks guys!
