Woke up to our car completely dead. Battery's 5 years old and so we decided to replace it. So I called around all the different auto parts stores including Costco, where the battery originally came from.We don't have a second car so I was gonna have to put the battery in the basket on my bike and lug it to whoever had the best price or if the distance of the store made sense.Talked to someone at O'Reilly's who said the last battery in stock with the same specs as my used battery was $130. Then he added, there's also a $22 trade-in if you bring in your old battery. Cool, so that's about $108. I've bought a few batteries in my day so I know about the trade in. So this would be the lowest price of everyone I called. Costco was $145 and he told me I'd get $10 back if I brought the old battery, so $135. I prefer Costco but O'reilly was slightly closer and I'd save $27.Welp, I show up to O' Reilly on my bike with that heavy battery. I go inside to get the battery that was put aside for me (it was still on the shelf). He rings me up at over $140. I told him about the used battery that I brought. He said that is the price with the used battery. I was baffled. Well, what the guy on the phone did was quote the price backwards. What he should have said was the price is $152 and I'd get $22 back or it'll be $130 after the $22 trade in. So I ended up paying slightly less at O'Reilly's compared to Costco but the battery only has a 1 year warranty compared to the 3 year at Costco which is probably the biggest part of the price. For essentially $3 more I could have gotten a 3yr warranty at Costco. But remember I'm on my bike and I can't exactly turn around and go the complete opposite direction. I totally got screwed because O'Reillys quoted me the wrong price. Btw, it's all a complete rip off anyways because the batteries are the same batteries from 2 years ago but now we have to pay 25% more because the O'Reillys corporation has inflated all their prices like the rest of the billion dollar corporations.

Knowledgeable staff! Very friendly and they help you figure out what you need!Update from my original review: I keep coming back to this O'Reilly's. The store manager is such a good help and really helps me understand what I need and how to fix it. The rest of the staff is helpful as well. I trust Daniels word on any of my questions.

I was unsure how to handle a situation my battery. The staff, Jacob in particular, explained they would be able to test the battery and if my vehicle would need to be jumpstarted, they could provide that service as well. Jacob recommended a solution for issues with corrosion. Jacob had my battery, alternator tested and a new battery completely installed with me back on the road all within 20 min. PHENOMENAL service!!

Danny is the BEST! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and didn't mind me calling approximately 100 times today with new information for him. I can assure you I won't be buying car parts anywhere else but from this O'Reillys!

The emoloyees here are always super friendly and very knowledgeable. They're able to help me find the right tools or parts I need to get the job done. Some (maybe all) of them work on vehicles themselves and that expertise, their welcoming attitude, and the treats they give my dog make them my favorite auto shop in town.

Went in today to get a new lightbulb on my 2010 Ford Mustang Frank is definitely the guy to go to! Helped us find the safest option of bulb for us, note the left front passenger fender is bent from an earlier accident. It was no issue for him he reached in and changed the old bulb with the new one we were in and out just like that!—————————————————————————Update: i unfortunately had to take down a few stars after my recent visit for a new battery, a worker named Brent really didn’t have a welcoming mood the second I stepped inside I asked what was going on with my battery and it seemed like he did the minimum effort. It was a bad battery and I had to buy a new one, I have no experience putting a battery in a car and asked him that if I could get some help putting it in my car, it seemed like he didn’t listened or care when I paid for the new one and asked once again help to putting it in “oh well someone else can take care of you then I need to go home” he told me while walking away from me.. wow..—————————————————————————
