“Love this place! The only real complaint I have is that the small yellow dog treats that were sold in bulk were discontinued. My dog loves them and they were small enough to fit in the dog puzzle we have for him but none of the others do”
“The employee helped me a lot with some education I didn’t see online. I was looking for an anole but never knew they were so fast and impossible. The lady had me cracking up and I’m so glad she told me or I would’ve lost it! Got some crickets today and they were gutloaded! So glad they are. Same lady helped me again she’s my fav, cashier was so nice and enrolled me and told me some helpful stuff!. This is the nicest pet store I’ve ever been too Better employment than petco!”

“Getting the service is great. Good luck getting answers to questions after the fact. I had to track down the DVM on Facebook in order to figure out why one vaccine said it was good for only one year when it was included in a 6-in-1 vaccine which is good for three.”
“Ted at the Prescott, AZ store went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement item ASAP… before my employers (I’m a Ranch Hand) went out of town for 3 weeks. He truly listened to me and was able to find a solution in a timely manner! He knew how important it was to me to install this waterer so my employers knew their animals would have a functioning auto waterer while they were gone.

“I took my Sully Boy to Paws N’ Claws for the first time (in-between our regular groomer)… he was filthy and desperately needed a bath!! We had the BEST experience!
River, the customer service expert… was amazing! He helped me learn how the how to use their bathing supplies and even cleaned a tub out for us when I was worried about getting too wet using a platform. He was awesome!!
He even took this adorable photo of my Sully Boy “hugging” me during the blow-dryer stage!”
