“Love this place! The only real complaint I have is that the small yellow dog treats that were sold in bulk were discontinued. My dog loves them and they were small enough to fit in the dog puzzle we have for him but none of the others do”
“My husband and I just completed beginner's training for our elderly dog and I can't recommend Willow enough as a trainer. She was attentive and highly knowledgeable throughout each training session, modifying the protocols if need be for each pup and family. She even proactively problem solved adaptations for our previously troubled and minimally socialized boy. As a result we saw both instant and gradual improvements throughout. We've signed up for intermediate training just for her. Highly recommend.”

“Getting the service is great. Good luck getting answers to questions after the fact. I had to track down the DVM on Facebook in order to figure out why one vaccine said it was good for only one year when it was included in a 6-in-1 vaccine which is good for three.”
“Ted at the Prescott, AZ store went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement item ASAP… before my employers (I’m a Ranch Hand) went out of town for 3 weeks. He truly listened to me and was able to find a solution in a timely manner! He knew how important it was to me to install this waterer so my employers knew their animals would have a functioning auto waterer while they were gone.
