“After just six weeks of once-weekly dog training sessions with Willow (CTDI & AKC Evaluator) I have referred her to three other dog owners! She has been wonderful - kind, patient, supportive, and very knowledgeable offering explanations for dogs' behaviors, and easy fixes for several of them. We will be continuing my little Allie's and my education by attending Willow's Advanced Course. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a better relationship with and understanding of their dog.”
“Ted at the Prescott, AZ store went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement item ASAP… before my employers (I’m a Ranch Hand) went out of town for 3 weeks. He truly listened to me and was able to find a solution in a timely manner! He knew how important it was to me to install this waterer so my employers knew their animals would have a functioning auto waterer while they were gone.

“I LOVE this store! It’s clean, well stocked, and the staff is super friendly! I’m from out of town, about a 3 hour drive from Prescott, but I love the raw bar treat options and have tried to stop and pick a few things out everytime I happen to be in town. Today, I stopped in right at 5, not realizing they have different hours for weekdays and weekends. They still allowed us to shop for a few minutes and were so nice about it- I hate being that person that shows up right at closing time (truly am sorry guys, but I appreciate y’all so much! I know you didn’t have to do that 🥹) Anyway, if you’re looking for healthy treats for your pet, I highly recommend this store! Lots of great, and very affordable options here. Koe’s enjoying his “sorry I left you” treat - a cow ear - as I type this.”
