1210 Gail Gardner Way Ste 103, Prescott AZ 86305
“I LOVE this store! It’s clean, well stocked, and the staff is super friendly! I’m from out of town, about a 3 hour drive from Prescott, but I love the raw bar treat options and have tried to stop and pick a few things out everytime I happen to be in town. Today, I stopped in right at 5, not realizing they have different hours for weekdays and weekends. They still allowed us to shop for a few minutes and were so nice about it- I hate being that person that shows up right at closing time (truly am sorry guys, but I appreciate y’all so much! I know you didn’t have to do that 🥹) Anyway, if you’re looking for healthy treats for your pet, I highly recommend this store! Lots of great, and very affordable options here. Koe’s enjoying his “sorry I left you” treat - a cow ear - as I type this.”

“I just left Olson’s Grain at 711 Elrod Rd in Prescott… I bought frozen dog bones fresh from the butcher! I had the BEST experience with their employees… Nikki and Elizabeth! Both of them are extremely knowledgeable, patient and have exceptional customer service skills!! I highly recommend Olsen’s Grain for all of your household pet or ranch needs!!”

“After just six weeks of once-weekly dog training sessions with Willow (CTDI & AKC Evaluator) I have referred her to three other dog owners! She has been wonderful - kind, patient, supportive, and very knowledgeable offering explanations for dogs' behaviors, and easy fixes for several of them. We will be continuing my little Allie's and my education by attending Willow's Advanced Course. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a better relationship with and understanding of their dog.”

“Ted at the Prescott, AZ store went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement item ASAP… before my employers (I’m a Ranch Hand) went out of town for 3 weeks. He truly listened to me and was able to find a solution in a timely manner! He knew how important it was to me to install this waterer so my employers knew their animals would have a functioning auto waterer while they were gone. Thank you Ted for your exceptional Customer Service and follow thru!!”

“They did not have what we needed at the time, but staff seemed interested to help. Not all staff, just one in particular. She had been busy working on an aquarium but when she finished, didn't bother to acknowledge us or even say hi.”
