I want to start an aquarium, and spent about 10 to 15 minutes looking at all of the fish selections. Once I had made my choice(s), I continued to wait for a while hoping somebody would come over like when I was a child and ask if I needed assistance, or if I needed help getting a fish. Another 10 to 15 minutes had passed by before I decided to wander the store and look for an employee. Not only were none at the registers, but one was too busy restocking the shelves to help me. I would have been in and out of there and no more than 20 minutes if the employees here actually acted like they wanted to sell things, instead of just a paycheck. Instead I spent almost 45 minutes trying to spend about $20 on a couple fish and a live aquatic plant, to leave empty-handed because the employees didn't want to help. Now after leaving and reading the rest of the reviews that this location gets, the employees and the team here definitely need some training on customer service! I will find a different pet store to get what I need.

DON'T GO HERE! My dog looks like a complete idiot. Kay Kay the groomer, was rude from the moment we walked in, couldn't identify which vaccine was his rabies on his vaccination report, then proceeded to butcher my dog. When I returned she shoved a paper at me and rudely said, "REGISTER"... like what? She didn't even seem to like dogs. When she was evaluating his cut she said, "Oh I'll do a teddy bear face!" Well he 100% looks like an alien and he has cuts all over his body. I'm so mad, I'm reaching out to corporate and submitting reviews where I can. I've attached a few photos, one for reference of what he used to look like. As you can see his face isn't evenly cut.

I gave a 3 because the lack of interest of the employees or them seeming to busy to even greet anyone. When majority are on their phones or act like they can't answer a question. I enjoy Petco because of the products they offer. Their customer service has suffered greatly and it shows.

Came in to get a hard shell kennel for my little puppy. I found exactly what I needed and I didn’t even have to put it together, very good. The cashier was helpful and friendly.

I scheduled my dog grooming at least a month in advance and brought her in with up to date Vaccination records on November 15 at 1:15pm. I was asked if she has a heart murmur and I said , yes. Then I was told Petco does not do grooming in this case and sorry. This would be helpful to know from the beginning! You should notify under what circumstances Petco will not provide services. This situation was very inconvenient for me as I am handicapped myself. By the way Petsmart does groom her and I will be scheduling an appointment with them. Sincerely, Louise Schemenauer.

Worst store to go to, do not go here!! The manager Michelle has no professionalism. After waiting for her to stop talking about personal things to another customer, she says you'll have to wait your turn rudely. No, I'll be right with you, or we are short handed. Only 2 people in the damn store, one being the cashier. Worst customer service and the wait of 30 minutes to be talked to like that!! Go down the street to the other name brand store, all around better customer service and no wait time!! This store is not worth it!!

Do not go here, waited 30 minutes to not be attended to and have the manager Michelle talk rudely to me to wait my turn after asking if they had other help. I asked after a pause in their conversation on persoanl things!! She saw me standing there and not once turn to acknowledge me or say they were short staffed or to say I'll be right with you! 2 people in the store and one is the cashier. Worst customer service especially from a manager!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this store! Go down the atrret to the other brand, got right in to the fish section someone actually is there, in and out in less than 8 minutes by Costco!!

Cashier was fine but the managers always seem to be in a bad mood. Also, I’ve noticed that the management at this location removes manufacturer coupon stickers from their product. I guess they don’t want people taking advantage of deals that the manufacturers are offering to the customers- who knows!

My fiancé and I had come in 40 minutes before close. We did our shopping quickly, in which we only bought a cat harness and three little collar name tags (for said cats). After checkout (which both cashiers were very kind), we went to the tag engraving machine to put our cats names down. It was a few minutes after close as we finished our last tag, and the cashiers were super nice and reassuring that we didn’t need to rush. Overall an awesome experience

I went to Frontier Village today had a blast! Shopping at 5 of the Stores including Ross, Home Depot, Harbor Freight and unfortunately Petco. I walked in and asked if they had scissors, specifically pet scissors. A middle age, unkempt, woman actually advised I had an attitude problem. She advised they didn’t have scissors and wanted to know what I needed them for. With my little Bichon/Poodle on a leash, I said to trim her up, she then suggested where they might be! I said that’s all I needed to know. She again stated, next time lose the attitude. I ignored the comment both times, my son came to my defense as this woman was so very rude! Her attire at best was shrugged and sloppy, her hair needed trimming more than my little dogs and her make up was running down her face. Perhaps I seemed to offset her demeanor because I was in a bit of shock at her appearance. When my son asked her, her name she refused, and said you can leave now next time lose the attitude. I had already advised on other employee who advised try another location or possibly on line.I looked at her a felt bad that she was thrust into the request for scissors and I advised her “We will never return to Petco again”! However, that employee seemed to earnestly want to help.The other who refuse to give her name actually flipped off my son with her left hand as we exited the store.The timing was 09/13/2023 at 5:08pm.

I don’t know if you’re familiar with bullterriers, they are the clowns of the dog world. Extremely stubborn, almost impossible to train. At least for me And if they’re not having fun, they’re not going do what you want. I spoke with Ashley, at Petco this afternoon. I was talking to her about my dog gator, who is ignoring everything I told him. She told me she was the dog trainer , I explain to her the problem I have with gator. She told me she was the dog trainer at Petco and I told her I tried going to a training class with gator before, and all he wanted to do was playing, and wouldn’t pay attention. She took his leash, and within minutes she had him setting, staying, and she had his full attention! I am definitely looking into the classes that she offers, I don’t live locally, so I’m not sure I’m going to be able to do it but she has given me hope for the future with gator. She’s amazing.
