Rudest cashier I ever met. On 11-05 I went in there to get a bag of royal canin for my cat because it was close to Costco. I get the bag look around a little bit and get in the line for lane 2, after the cashier finishes with the people she was checking out she gives me this nasty look as I walk up. She turns to the line in lane one and tells them to come up to her lane and she'll take care of them disregarding me completely. You made a loyal customer for Petco.

Poorly trained staff, rude manager. Corporate office was responsive to my complaint and the store manager did respond but I think people should know and be prepared. (Store manager suggested I use a mobile groomer...?) I just needed my dog washed and they did do that ok. Too bad I had to put up with all the nonsense to just get that done.

Petsmart grooming has done a nice job on my dog before but not all their groomers are attentive. My recent appointment with Joanna was terrible, my goldendoodle came home with multiple lacerations and cuts from the razor. She told me he was hard to handle but he had never come home from an appointment with so many cuts before. The previous groomer from petsmart told me he was gentle and sweet so it was clearly the approach from Joanne. Additionally, his muzzle, paw pads and ears were not done and I called petsmart 5 times to get him back in for a touch up. Each time I was placed in hold with no one returning. My doodle is prone to ear infections so I request he be shaved under where his ear droops. Only one ear was done and it was crooked as you can seen in the photo. There is also a large cut there that he keeps itching. Sadly, I feel like this could have been prevented with a more gentle approach and with a call back to rectify the hair cut errors. I hope petsmart grooming makes customer service changes.

this place definitely smelled bad, and the floor was extremely dirty... Just first impressions. We were here once before, and were given a price quote. Once we got there, they said, if we wanted to have our dog cut shorter, there would be an extra charge of $40. At the time, I fell for the up charge routine. of $40. At the time, I fell for the up charge routine.Today, I went for a. normal, medium cut. They asked me i what medium meant to me... I told them I was not a groomer but just a normal cat. They explained they may have to use scissors and if we want a longer cut there would be a additional charge of $40. what medium meant to me... I told them I was not a groomer but just a normal cat. Any time I'm looking for Cat Stuff- be it new toys, catnip, large size dry cat food, etc etc Petsmart is my "petstop"The staff is friendly, usually helpful and although the prices are a little higher than some online stores. I prefer the service I get at Petsmart

The grooming salon people terrorized my dog and when I picked her up she was emotionally scarred. They refunded the unused services money I paid for the grooming package. The hidden room in the back is suspect. I wouldn't recommend taking your pet to them.

i was very disappointed. Their philosophy is to never say no to your pup. They seemingly think the dog will stop doing bad behavior if you ignore them, such as jumping or barking. Before I took the class, I tried positive only training. I learned my pup needs the word "no" to understand what he can and cannot do. What did me in was our first class where a dog barked continuously. Every time he stopped barking for more than a few seconds the instructor THANKED him and gave him a reward. He'd bark, and she'd reward him. I pointed out he was learning to bark more because he got a reward. She wasn't interested. We also had to use certain words in training, not ours. It was her way or no way. I quit. We are looking for a class where the pup is trained and rewarded appropriately. Through repatition my pup is learning and doing well. Petsmart did give me my money back after the one class.

Always friendly staff willing to help. The groomers are very kind and did a wonderful job with my chihuahua mix.

We had a Standard Poodle we took to Petsmart. He came back with a neck injury and the calcanial tendons in his rear legs torn. They insisted "nothing"had happened. The injury to his legs resulted in him wearing braces and a whole lot of being money spent on his care. I would never take another dog to these people.
