Every time I go in the fish are in horrible shape. Dead fish in most of the tanks. Every single tank has ick. It sucks that one of the few places here to get fish is so overrun with disease that you have to go to the valley to get anything. Absolutely will infect your tank. Buy at your own risk.

It’s important to give everyone grace, especially during the holidays and also not take your bad day out on customers and employees.Threatening to withhold products from customers because they came early for an order pickup isn’t appropriate nor professional. There’s more than one way to slice a cake, cancel the order and do an in-store price adjustment to match online pricing. Especially in management, your job is to model customer service not anger management issues. The male manager today should have taken the day off, not been the one causing a scene and going on a rant. Anger and frustration are natural emotions, taking them out on others is not acceptable behavior regardless of what you have going on in your personal life. We all have battles we’re fighting, so be kind. Bad energy spreads like wildfire, but kindness grows just as wild. For all customers who pickup, FYI they will price match online and so if it’s in store it may be worth not placing a pick up order so you don’t have to deal with management.

Horrible phone customer service. Called to ask if they carried male guinea pigs and was interrupted mid sentence and told “maam we have never had male guinea pigs and never will” by Robert the customer service representative

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Went in Monday to purchase a bag of food(13lbs) with a coupon that was valued for up to 39.99, the cashier informed me that if my puppy did not like the food I could return it. I made sure to ask if i could return or exchange the item due to it being purchased with a coupon and she said yes. Wednesday I go back trying to explain to the "manager" what his cashier had told me... I was constantly being interrupted and talked over with attitude. This has been the most uncomfortable experience I have ever gone through. After he was done he told me I had to get a 6lb bag of food which was only worth about $15 to which I had no choice. Walking back up to the register he comes back and says he will exchange it for the same or around that size. He did indeed get me a bigger bag for the exchange. Robert or however his name is talked to me as if I were a minority, I am extremely grateful for the exchange to a bigger bag but him fixing his mistake does not take away from his customer service, when you walk in to ANY store you should feel welcomed comfortable and excepted, my experience was the complete opposite. I understand I could have been in the wrong and a simple "were sorry you were miss informed unfortunately we cannot exchange the bag" but instead I was met with the complete opposite from the "MANAGER" HIMSELF!

The store was very clean. They had lots of available products. There were a few dead betas available for sell tho. We wanted to see the cats. The sign said they are open until 4 but the place was empty @at 3:30

The only complaint I have is the price. Everything else is pretty good. The quality of the cat trees and cat supplies lasted me a while.
