Very welcoming and friendly team at this location on Willow Creek! The young lady at the front desk, I wish I had gotten her name yesterday, was so polite, helpful and very well spoken. Great experience!

I am surprised with the overall 3 star rating.I have been to this office twice. I had a pleasant and easy experience. The staff was great, polite and willing to help those who could not sign in by themselves.The phlemologist was very pleasant and quick to find the vein, etc.I had no appointment. I was seeing withing few mins of my arrival. I was in and out within 15 mins. It was early in the morning. I suspect if one turned up mid morning or later, the waiting would be longer.BOTH times I was pleased. I would certainly go back.

I want to give a big shout out to Lynn, phlebotomist, who greeted me and was very professional and friendly. She did an amazing job drawing my blood. Didn't feel a thing. Keep up the great job Lynn. ????

I had a very bad experience at Sonora Quest. I was there to have blood drawn and to return a 24-hour specimen. I checked in and asked the woman at the desk to take the specimen. She was the team lead. She said, I can't take it right now. I need to get gloves and I'm busy doing paperwork. She was quite rude and dismissive. I asked her if someone else could take the specimen snd she ignored me. Another phlebotomist overheard, put on gloves and took the specimen. I use this particular site often and refuse to tolerate rude behavior. She needs to be disciplined and counseled.

Went to my primary care to talk about lab results to find out that Sonora quest lost ALL the blood they took!! I have an extreme fear of needles and have to go do it all over again. Extremely frustrating.

Prescott and Prescott valley locations are absolutely terrible all around. Can’t speak to a live person when calling, automated system gives you the run around and then hangs up on you. Staff is rude, any time I show up for a pre employment drug screening when they say they are open they say they aren’t doing them at this time for whatever reason. Would never recommend to anyone

The Ironwood location in Scottsdale is a disaster. Use to be the best with terrific staff. Now the staff is poor. Can't get blood without blowing veins. I will not go back here again....ever

Amazing customer service every time! I've been going to Sonora for years and have never been disappointed. Healthcare is busy and these wonderful techs work as fast and and as accurately as they can while providing the best service possible. You're amazing!

This lab seems to be doing better at staffing than they were last year. By making an appt a couple weeks ahead, I have been getting in & out in just a few minutes with great service.

This is the only lab that takes my insurance for me to get my blood work. I'm sure it's the reason why it's so overcrowded and understaffed. I wait for hours every single time and appointments are booked out for a month in advance. So forget that. People stand in the halls. I watched my name be in que for number three for hours. It's not their fault but I imagine hell is this waiting room and the DMV.

This place is horrible! Bad staff. This is my second bad experience here! I asked about how long was the wait to be seen because I needed to use the restroom, I had to give urine. I've waited in my car for 30 mins prior and was told it would be 30-40 mins, so just checking in to see how long it would be because I have a hard time holding my bladder. The rude lady (summer) assumed I wanted to cut in front of other people waiting in line, and was talking really loud that I couldn't cut in line, I never stated I wanted to cut in line and to push me ahead of anyone, so I asked how much longer and she said 30-40 mins, in addition to me already waiting that long lol. Then said I could try and pee alittle and hold the rest in lol. Just really unprofessional and d**** I ended up waiting 2 hrs. Corporate needs to retrain this employee's at this location on how to communicate properly. If I could go somewhere else I would have.

How do you spell excellent customer service? Meghan and Heather! Meghan was very professional and pleasant at the front desk. It's a great sign when you are greeted with a smile! (even with her mask on!!) She answered all my questions.I was then called (immediately) by Heather to draw my blood. Her greeting included a smile just like Meghan (even with her mask on too!!!) The icing on the cake? One stick and DONE! It is great having someone that is really good at their job and listens to their customer's needs. I will definitely seek out Meghan and Heather for my future lab needs.

Today this office was occupied by two women that have no compassion or caring for patients on any level. Their are priority was to wrap up and go home the door was locked before 4 o’clock patients came out it was 4:01 one and they were very rude to me.I said to one of the women you have no idea how horrible I feel and she repeated the same words in a mocking tone to me as if I wouldn’t hear her.It’s so much easier to be nice to people than it is to be cruel to them - I can’t understand why anybody would choose a medical field to work in if they weren’t committed to this easy standard..
