I needed a desk chair. I was in a hurry & yet, still as particular as usual. Peyton got me exactly what I wanted & was super polite while doing so. He even helped me get it into my already full car. Fabulous experience. And btw, I love my chair!

I want to share my experience with the staff of Staples on Sheldon Street in Prescott Arizona. My brother who fought cancer hard for two years recently made a difficult decision to go under Hospice care. As many who have faced this type of situation know the stress and details required of family members is more than difficult. I was asked to provide photos of my brother. So many photos and memories that had to be copied and sent to memorialize him. I was in tears when I went to Staples because I could barely look at the photos let alone make a decision of what to send. I was greeted by a lovely young woman named Alison who helped me through this whole process and gave me hours of her own time to get this done.Then the next day when I went to pick them up, I was greeted by her supervisor Michael who helped me through more tasks and was incredibly kind. But here is the real kicker after all of these photos were emailed to the end user, I was told that I needed to re-send in a different format. Long story short Michael changed All these many pictures from pdf format to .jpg and emailed to the end user with no issues and no push back he just did it.So, you tell me who provides this type of professional service with this level of kindness to their customers? For me, Staples on Sheldon is where I will go for all my service and product needs. Thank you, Alison, Michael, Dennis, and Jason.MimiPrescott ArizonaFast Forward to 10/5/2023. I am adding to my first review in 2022. In my earlier review I thanked several employees for their help under very trying circumstances. This time I want to call out Jason who kindly walked me through reconnecting process for my brother printer after we changed out modem. This may seem like a simple fix but at 70 years old and after viewing every How To Video I gave up and went to Jason for help. Jason walked me through everything and I was able to connect my wifi to the computer. I am so grateful for his help and kindness. As I said earlier not every Staples location is the same, it comes down to the people and Jason is the best.Thank You JasonMimi

I came in to Staples devastated on a Sunday evening because I needed printouts made for missing cat posters. I just moved to a rural area of Prescott and was truly worried there was no hope. The Staples crew was so sensitive and understanding of my experience, they made sure I was taken care of well and showed to me they sincerely cared. My cat came home that night, and I owe a huge thank you to the print team for their kindness and assistance.

I'd like to recognize Joyce and Dennis in the print department for their outstanding customer service, technical support, and product delivery. Their support and patience enabled my project to be completed on-time even with a tight schedule. They helped find the best solutions to the challenges I presented and they were able to deliver on-budget and on-time. Kudos to them both!

Update: The corporate office made it right. I called corporate and they agreed with me and said I should get a refund. I was able to go back to the store and was issued my refund with no trouble whatsoever.Their copy and print services department is ok. I was trying to fax something and it took almost an hour at 730pm. Then the fax didn't go through and their employee, who was not wearing a badge so I couldn't get her name to report her, was extremely rude and just said "nope, no refunds period" I will not be going back to them ever.

We just dropped in to return an item to Amazon. While there the wait line extended to more than 7 people and the wait was growing. The poor girl behind the desk was having trouble and getting absolutely no support from her manager. When I asked him to help her he just stared and said only people who were trained could be behind in that area. What?? Is the manager not trained in every area? After that he walked away down an isle. Hmmmm. I won’t be returning. I felt sorry for the employees.

Representative recommended spiral binding and discouraged comb binding for my presentation project. When my project was completed it was comb bound - exactly the opposite of what Staples recommended and agreed to. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I needed to scan and email documents to Mexico. When I approached the counter a large , older blond woman asked what I needed. I told her and said I would need help. At this she commented, in a very condescending manner"you just need to touch the screen and you will be able to do it, I mean I don't have 10 minutes to stand there with you while you do it"! She was unprofessional and extremely discourteous. I was appalled.

Went in @ a quarter to noon to have some bridesmaids proposal signs made up for my bridal party. I dont live here and needed the order done relatively soon. I asked the manager (Joyce) if I could have them within the hour. She said she could have them ready later in the afternoon. 6 hours later I walked in to find that my order hadn't even been started! Luckily, the young lady (Synn...) was able to get my order done in less than 10min!

I am only sharing awareness that my credit card information may have been stolen in Prescott after I made a purchase at the printer machine. I was alerted someone tried to use my card number that day after I made copies. Please check the card machines!!! This could be happening to more customers.

I used the self-service equipment to copy some documents (both black & white and color), and the process was very simple. The employees were all involved with customers and were very good about helping people to use unfamiliar equipment. Cashiers were also very helpful and polite. Good experience

Ordered business cards early to be able to pick up the next day. However, issues with print services at this store and so order was sent out and cards not available for another 5 days. I was not informed until I called the next day. No apology and no notification. I had a meeting to attend did not have the cards at that time, and perhaps lost thousands of dollars of potential customers.

I use the iPostal1 services at Staples, Prescott for about a year. All was running great until the the end of 2022, when I started receiving the mail of other clients in my mailbox. This issue keeps happening for two months now and is still happening. No one at Staples Prescott was able to resolve as of now. The person who finally took my call (not working in the iPostal1 department) took my contact information and gave me a customer service number. (!?)What should I do? Keep the mail from the other people and pay for storage until this is resolved? Or discard it? What if someone else receives my mail?
