I needed a storage unit last minute. Janet answered the phone promptly and professionally. We made an appointment, I visited and she drove me to an available unit which was clean and ready to fill. The paperwork was filled out and properly disclosed, signed and paid for. I was very impressed with the unit, and how well every detail was explained. Thanks STORAGExperts, I’ll definitely be recommending you!

The manager Janet was extremely Nice and very helpful in providing me with options. The unit that I rented was clean. The customer service I received here compared to some other businesses in the area was by far the best.

Janet was an a great help! She answered all my questions and was very, very informative. Double and triple checked I had everything I needed and was sweet and kind. I’m happy for the help and I’m happy I picked this place to store my things.

Great costumer service and amazing prices! I was treated with great respect and felt like I was not getting milked for money. I was helped on finding cheaper deals and discounts to help get into a unit that was in my price range.

Good service , easy website to use, janet helped me register online to pay my bill, i can pretty much do it all there, update my information, etc. Also, really good value for your rental needs & great move in specials! Would definitely recommend this place for your storage needs!

I needed a unit last minute and this place was the only one that picked up their phone. Excellent customer service! I had no idea what I needed but the lady in the office was very informative and helpful. Did not try to upsell us at all which I appreciate. Nice clean and well maintained facility. Good access hours and good security. I feel very comfortable leaving my stuff here knowing how many security cameras they have running all day. Great value for their units and awesome discounts/specials. They are willing to work with you! I would definitely recommend this place and so close to my house. Literally about 2 mins or less from the square! Right at the heart of Prescott!
