Had a hard time finding a pdp pro Compact, there was zero availability in 3 other stores. Suarez ordered and picked it up within the hour. Great guys, great experience.

This is a small shop run by a few dedicated guys. They can tune and optimize almost any firearm from wheelgun to handgun to rifle.DO expect excellence in gunsmithing.Do NOT expect next day shipping (Amazon barely does anymore).It’s your fault if you have no patience and can’t wait for custom work to be completed. Not theirs.Also, some of their custom parts require an actual gunsmith to install properly. RTFM. No, Youtube doesn’t count as a “Qualified Gunsmith”.Don’t let the bruised egos, home “gunsmiths” and impatient customers that have left reviews for the shop deter you.I’m a regular customer, and will continue to be.

ATTENTION 2A COMMUNITY PATRIOTS! I have been working/living in the 2A world for over 3 decades. Never have I been treated more unprofessionally, dismissive, or more rudely than I have from Josh and Paul Groth at Suarez International. And in my line of work, that is really saying something. There is no reason to treat anyone in this community the way that Josh and Paul Groth have treated me, and based on the hundreds of reviews I have read, countless other people. If you are looking for training, firearms, custom work, or anything else provided by these guys at Suarez, do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere. For training, in the Prescott area, try Insight Firearms, or Gunsite Training Academy. For custom gun work try anywhere but this place. I promise you will be happier not having to deal with their poor attitudes and even worse customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. I have ordered a few things from SI, however this last order will be it. Ordered a magwell for a Glock 48X, and had an issue with one of the components. Customer service could not be bothered to answer the phone, and stopped replying to my emails. Per the emails, they mailed a replacement part but as of one month later it has not arrived.

Terrible customer service, if you email them about something pertaining to your order they automatically cancel and refund your money. The first order I had they shipped me out the wrong color, which the cost was higher for the color I choose and I ended up getting a black comp and sent it back expecting to get the correct color, instead I was just refunded. So I ordered the same product in the same color about a month later and I waited about a month and haven’t received any notification about my order so I inquired about my order. No response to my email other than just getting a refund. It is almost like they do not want you to order from them. Least to say after the two interactions I’ve had I will never order anything from this company again.

Ordered a magwell for Glock 19 which is supposed to be cerakote in OD Green. After a month and a half of trying to get a hold of the company, I decide to send a bad review via Facebook and Instagram. They finally replied with not so good comments and saying things like “Customers like you should be fired!” This was a reply from Gabe Suarez himself according to the username. I was blocked from the account probably for my review. (Just so happens that the Facebook account is no longer present and a new account has been created on 1/19/23). Later on (a few weeks after that)I finally received my product and appears to be spray painted and color flaked right off when trying to install. Horrible quality. I reached out again and was told to email them directly. Still waiting for a response.

I placed an order well over a month ago and I cannot reach anyone over the phone or email. Since it is taking them so long to place the order, I just wanted to change the address. I will however, just cancel the order. I do not recommend them at all.

SCAM ALERT ⚠️I was defrauded by Suarez International. I placed an online order approximately three months ago. They took my money and never sent me anything! I got the run around from their staff, but that was when they at least were responding, now I cannot get anyone on the phone, and no response via email. They have not refunded my money, and have not sent me my order. STAY FAR AWAY FROM SUAREZ INTERNATIONAL! They will rip you off!P.S.I just completed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I will be reaching out to the Arizona Attorney General's Office for fraud against Suarez International.

I sent my 43x in to have tritium sights and holosun put on it. I ended up calling 2times and both times they said it was on the bench and would be finished same day and shipped. It shipped on 2nd call. I was a little put out with customer service but no big deal. Got my finished slide back and so far it looks good. What bothered me the most is it asks for a brief description of what you want done when sending it off. So I wrote to them telling them I only wanted tritiium sights and holosun installed. When I got the slide back it came with comments section that I wrote and someone for whatever reason decided to circle my comments and hand write on the paper I received with slide,“Good cause that’s all you paid for”!Why would any business be ok with such $&itty comments being made to their customers. My experience so far was bad, not with work performed but attitude of staff. I have several pistols I wanted to send depending on quality of work but due to my experience won’t go back

Purchased compensator months ago, in April to be exact, emailed company, they sent excuse about bad batch should receive in a couple weeks, that was in May, here it is July, just sent they email for full refund, we will see how that goes.

This company does not use factory glock barrels or slides or slide components. I upgraded my glock 43x with every option they offer. I was excited to get my 43x back after waiting 3 or 4 months for it. It looked amazing right out of the box! Mounted a red dot to it and was ready for the 1200 round range day to break it in to become my self defense carry. However 1 or 2 rounds per factory 10 round magazine has a failure to extract, eject or stovepipe. After putting 720 rounds through it like that, I sent the 43x back 2x to Suarez and they couldn't fix it. I then went to a couple local gunsmith that changed out springs and the entire firing assembly as well. Seems like the entire slide/upper is out if spec. Unfortunately after paying $550 for the 43x plus almost $1000 for Suarez to make a reliable gun unreliable and the 2 months sending it back and waiting. This now is my practice malfunctions drill gun.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. FIND A COMPANY THAT USES FACTORY PARTS!!!

Poor Quality, Poor attention to detail and the worst service in the industry. Poorly machined, loose threads outside of specification and tolerances on their micro compensators. The best they can do is claim ignorance and then ignore you. In over 30 years of gun ownership, I have never encountered such a poor business model.

I, too, have had terrible service from Suarez in the past. But, only once and never again. To everyone complaining about not getting refunds, just dispute the freakin' charge with your bank and be done with it. Disputing charges HURTS them, which is exactly what they deserve. They get enough disputed charges and their financial institution will drop them. Do it!
