The first person I encountered did a great job of greeting me and informing me of the wait. The millennial that waited on me was rude and treated me like I was bothering him. To top it off I had to go back three times because he did not complete the job right the first or second time... I think it's time for me to switch to Verizon.

Unhappy with the service they offered. Extremely shady they changed my plan from a grandfathered plan to one of their other more expensive plans without the consent of the plan holder. Thank goodness I called their customer service to rectify the mistake that these people made. You would think a corporate store would be like this to hit their quota

I just switched to T-Mobile and as soon as I went in they were all so nice, Austin & Dom were Amazing, Austin took over and was polite patient and knew how to listen. I had a lot of concerns, since I had 5 lines. I will refer 100%, they were wonderful.

I would have given them a 5 star. They can thank the last guy I saw for this. Sorry fellas. Had it not been for his attitude and him talking down at me that day, due to my over heating phone issue, you guys would still have your 5 star. I don't take kind to young men thinking that they can talk to me in such a manner and get away with it! See what happens! Too bad to. Cause even in spite of it all, I still referred someone to you almost right after this happened.

Go see Larry!!! He's such a great rep for the company. Very knowledgeable, patient and most importantly honest! I was able to upgrade to a new plan, new phone and internet! He was even willing to break everything down in basic terms so I didn't get lost in translation somewhere.. great job kiddo. Thanks for you help

Fast easy process to sign up for household Wi-Fi, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The salesman that helped me was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable.

Kevin helped us out today (6/20/23) he was amazing. Although we all had a ruff time with getting in touch with sprint, because we are apart of the handful of people still with them, soon to be switched over. He not only gave us many numbers to call because he does not have access to sprint accounts to no fault of his own. But helped us again after we had sat in the car on the phone for over and hour and got no where.

This is about your website. Why don't you have easy access to what your daily hours are at the storefront? I am told that I have two or three more days to get my SIM card updated and the last time I went in there there was a long wait so I'm trying to plan and not having this information easily accessible is unacceptable.
