This was my first time coming to this shop and I was really skeptical due to my last time being in a nail salon. I left very pleased and happy with my new set. Tommy did an amazing job. His work is very neat and beautiful along with his artwork, he took the time to make sure that all my nails looked their very best and presentable. He was very good at listening and communicating my worries and concerns. I would definitely rate his work 10 out of 10 and I most definitely will be coming back here again. The price for the nails was reasonable as well. If I had any complaints, it would only be about the process of removing previous nails. Other than that everything was on point and I left the salon feeling beautiful and confident. Thank you so much!

Could not be happier. I have seen both Tommy and Tony for my nails and both are fantastic! Anna is super friendly. The shop plays travel shows, which are fun to watch.

Wonderful staff there. They are my go to place in Prescott Always happy with how my nails turn out. Even had some cute Halloween nails done and can’t wait to get in for some Christmas ones. 😊

I’ve been going to this salon for several years. I’ve seen Johnny 99% of my time there. My past two experiences with him were unacceptable. Due to his rude behavior I will no longer be going there and after I told my story to a few friends they will not be going there anymore. The owner was aware of the rude behavior and did nothing about it. I’ve noticed a high turnover at this salon and I believe it may be due to unprofessional, overall bad attitudes within the employees. There are plenty other nail salons in Prescott with professional technicians that appreciate your business with a smile on their faces. Also, when this salon moved into their new location in Frontier Village they jacked up prices significantly and that wasn’t appropriate.
Steer clear!!

Love love love this place! Only place in Prescott I trust to do my nails and I leave feeling confident and happy with the product. Fairly priced and very clean inside. You can’t go wrong with any of them. They all do such a great job!

Anna always does a phenomenal job on my nails!!!! She knows that I don't like boring nails, so when holidays come up she will hand paint each nail with a different scene ??? I always look forward to my time of her doing my nails!!!!!

I had an appointment with my original nail salon when I went in I wasn’t in the books. I call here and the lady who answer was nice and was able to squeeze me in. I was put with Johnny who was incredible he did an amazing job on my nails. Very friendly and helpful and clean.

I've been here twice. The last time was 3 weeks ago for a gel manicure. They did a fantastic job. My nails looked great. The price was under all the other salons. The gel lasted much longer then the multiple other salons I've been to. I've been to 3-4 other salons, paid more, and the gel would start peeling off and chipping within a week. I'm happy with the people and work. I'll be going back today or tomorrow.

Terrible. I asked them not to cut it he sides of my big toe nails. Before I could stop him, he did it anyway. I didn’t finish the appointment. I’m hoping I caught him in time. It hurts. I hope it doesn’t become infected. None of these techs listen. I have always been prone to ingrown nails. Please don’t means nothing. It will take 6 months to grow out, if I’m lucky. I teach fitness. Looking forward to months of pain. And i paid them. Go figure. I don’t know why they insist.
