So I ordered 10 baby chicks through tractor supply online, my store was the willor creek store, I received unhealthy chicks and 4 died.
On the website and receipt it clearly says that tractor supply has a 48 hour chick warranty.
So I called the willow Creek branch.
Michael the manager was extremely rude told me it's not there problem I would have to call the hatchery, I told him that tractor supply guarantees 48 hour chicks. He said call the hatchery I said ok which one he said he didn't no.
Michael needs an attitude adjustment, he did not care about the dead baby chicks and he didn't care about the customer or following tractor supply policy.
Tractor supply please do better.
Michael if you don't like your job please find a different one.

I went in to purchase dog food and treats. My card was "declined twice"
Samantha at the register claimed they system just times out. By the 3rd time it went through.
Later that evening upon checking my bank account ALL THREE charges were posted.
I called tractor supply and they gave me customer services #, Monday I called customer service who sent me back to the store!! Monday evening I spoke with Philip the manager who was VERY rude to me and they again claims there's only charge. I showed him my banking in which the charges are posted NOT PENDING. still no resolve.
I have since disputed them with my bank and am looking into buying my dog feed elsewhere. Just Rude and inconvenient when it's their mistake.

I still shop there for some of my pet needs. I was employed by TSC Prescott for 17 months, and on my first 3 of them months was pretty much self training, I was literally thrown in the mouth of the lion. After my first year I had to look forward to leave the company. Unfortunately they have a huge problem with lack of Management, Professionalism, Experience, Cleanliness and Organization. Too many want-to-be's, Leaders and know it alls?. The pay and benefits SUCK. The worst for the work and duties expected from it's employees. My first reason for leaving. And... their pricing on merchandise is also not quite right on many items, some merchandise have up to three different price tags. Farewell TSC Prescott, thank you for atleast helping with some bills.

Ted at the Prescott, AZ store went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement item ASAP… before my employers (I’m a Ranch Hand) went out of town for 3 weeks. He truly listened to me and was able to find a solution in a timely manner! He knew how important it was to me to install this waterer so my employers knew their animals would have a functioning auto waterer while they were gone.
Thank you Ted for your exceptional Customer Service and follow thru!!

I will never buy anything from them again because they do not back their products!! We spent over 5500.00 on 2 mowers( one zero turn and one self propelled mower) and the zero turn mower had defective tires. They will not hold air and go flat after a couple mows. It started with just the front tires but now we can’t keep the rear tires pumped up either!!! They refuse to cover the warranty or replace the tires with new ones. All this was brought to their attention right after we bought them, the only thing they did do was get new bolts for the seat and handles as they apparently were lost at the time the mower was loaded up on the truck with the forklift when we bought it!

The staff is excellent, i dont shop anywhere elseTed especially. He sees me in there and comes over to say hi and asks me if he can help. He needs a raise!

The manager was very Rude to me I will never return to this location.He has a bearded face not sure of his name.Just the Rudist manager I have ever dealt with.

Says it closes at 9pm but they wouldn't serve us at 8:45 and turned off the open light at 8:46. I really needed some barbed wire but nope.
