Thank you for my nail design!! I was in and out. My nail tech was super sweet. They did such a good job on our nails!! My Deluxe pedicure is so amazing. The staff was really friendly and funny, very professional too! will be coming back soon!!!

Love this place. Found them on Google and they had good reviews so I made an appointment. She took her time doing my nails and made sure I was very happy before leaving. Already made my next appointment for another fill in 3 weeks!

First visit to Winn Nail Salon and had a wonderful experience! Lee did gel polish nails and toes for my sister and I for my son’s wedding and we couldn’t be more pleased! I came in for a mani and pedi, clean(ish) pedi area and they did use sanitized tools which is huge plus to me. Nail color selection was okay. Paid extra for the #3 pedicure, asked for warmer water twice. Didn't get any warmer or fresh water. They did not shape or file my nails evenly, hardly looked different from before. What really got me was the nail polish that I choose may have been older, it was clumpy and didn't set on right. I asked the gentleman who was working on my pedicure to try and fix it or thin the color. Even that I would be happy to choose another color. He didn't respond and acted like he didn't understand, after my pedicure I noticed the color looked horrible and he didn't pain my nails all the way...plus I still had old polish from last pedicure from another salon almost a month ago. Again I asked him to fix it and nothing. I walked over for a manicure and waited over 20 minute's, they forgot that I asked for a manicure as well. Finally had someone see me while working on another women's manicure. They did not clean under my nails or shape them, cleaned my cuticles which was done very well. Refused color because of my experience with the pedicure. The nail or manicure area was all carpets, hard to wheel chairs in and out also a sanitation issue.I was charged $90 for a manicure and pedicure that had been done horribly, still tipped of course but I will probably never be back. I hope anyone who try's this shop has a better experience then I did.Services: Manicure

Got my nails done here, the tech was lovely and took her time to make sure I liked my nails. Plus the owner is super nice. I absolutely love how they turned out, and it was very reasonably priced!

Went to Tyf's for the first time today and was very disappointed. My pedi was horrible...uneven polish and my toe nails were not even filed straight . A toddler could have done a better job. Was supposed to get a mani, but after waiting in my chair for 10 minutes with no one coming to do my mani, I left. Manager offered to change the polish, but I'd already been there an hour and had to get back to work. She still charged me for this crappy job. Won't be coming back here again.

I’m so disappointed that I even have to leave this review. I’ve been going to Tyffs for years. I have seen almost everyone at this salon and I always left so happy with the services I received. Since the move to the new location the management and quality of service has decreased terribly. Tyff would take her time to ensure quality and was kind to ensure a happy customer. When Tyff and Adam left I continued to be seen here because I was loyal to them and the business. I got a set here and Lee vocally told me she was in a rush to leave, she did one layer of dip and one layer of polish which ended up breaking less than a week later. She rushed through my eye brows and ended up taking an entire chunk out of my natural shape.I went back one more time after that because I really believed in Tyffs business and I wanted it to succeed. I ended up getting a set which was nothing that I asked for. When I asked if it could be fixed I was told they didn’t have time because they were closing soon. I ended up leaving with a set which I had taken off by another salon. In addition to that I asked the woman who did my eyebrows to please not use their oil because I am allergic to it. She ended up using the oil anyway and I left the salon with my face completely red and inflamed which then caused a rash break out on my face.I have since found a new salon which breaks my heart because I love Tyff and Adam. I think if Tyff was aware the state of the salon, the treatment of customers, the quality of service, and overall management, I know she would be deeply disappointed. I would be thrilled to come back if Tyff and Adam do, until then I cannot support this business or the changes and new management.
