Charged my card for a different amount than what was on my receipt. When called to inquire, I was told a manager would call me back. I've yet to hear back from them. The manager is shady, flat out lied to me. They young boy who took me to the truck never did a walk around.... I will do things differently next time.

Matt and team are the best U-Haul folks in Prescott, hands down. We were given the run around several other places before we came here. Matt got us the trailer we needed, was generous sending us off with it, and THEN issued a full refund on the trailer 20 minutes later when we discovered we couldn't get our belongings out of our storage unit.Thanks again to everyone here for saving what would have been a bad day.

I'm very disappointed in this U-Haul. After a leak from the 4th floor, I was called to check my storage unit on the First floor. Luckily I got there in time to stop some water from leaking on the floor to my boxes. I couldn't check the bottom of one box, but no damage was done. When I went back to my storage unit, the lock didn't work. U-Haul had broken my lock and entered without permission. They substituted my broken lock with another. When I went to the front desk, a young women said the insurance company had been checking for damages. No one bothered to let me know. The woman went on about her business as if it were no big deal. Breaking and entering is no big deal? My private belongings were rifled through and the lock changed without anyone alerting me. Am I making a big deal out if nothing?
