Save yourself some time and avoid giving your business to this location. The two older ladies who usually work at the front desk have never provided good customer service, but today they were exceptionally rude. They refused to accept my Amazon return, claiming it was without a label, even though I had the QR code in my hand. I have already reported this incident to UPS headquarters and do not plan on returning to this location until there is a change in staffing.

If I could give no stars I would! The older native American lady that works here is beyond AWFUL. Every single time I’ve been here she is extremely rude and acts like you’re putting her out when she needs to help you. I will never go back to this location.

I just moved to this side of town and had Amazon returns. The first time I went in the younger women was nice and friendly. The next 2 times I went in the two older women who looked like sisters were very unwelcoming and rude. When I asked a question she looked at me and blatantly ignored me. I got my lables a little mixed up and the eye rolling and huffs from the other one made it very apparent I was bothing them. I wont be back to this location if I can help it. It looks like they just hate their jobs Or people or both.

$2.89 to print a free Amazon return ship label? $4.00 to tape a box l?? Oh taping a label isn’t free either! Ridiculous . I got tape for $1.08 at dollar general and dropped my package off at cvs for my Amazon return . Had my Amazon refund within 1 minute of cvs accepting return. If you have a credit card staples is cheap to print labels . Ups store you lost my business as Amazon says free returns and free boxing etc. Seems the 2 ups stores in town like to make money off people they aren’t supposed to charge .

I don't understand the negative reviews for this store. I've had excellent service there over many years of frequent use. Maile, especially, is very personable, quick to help customers in any way possible, as well as being very efficient at getting customers taken care of quickly.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. They're just there to take your money--and they take a lot of it. They overcharge for sending packages while sneering at you for even using their service. Don't they know we're their bread and butter. Oh, and they keep a tip jar on the counter!! For what??

The ladies who work here are extremely unprofessional. It’s obvious they don’t like helping people and would rather sit on tiktok than offer their assistance for a better customer experience. Based on previous reviews, this is clearly a known issue for this store but nothing has changed. Will make the drive to another UPS store from now on.To the response just received, that is factually not true. This has been a complaint from your customers for YEARS now and you have not changed the way you run your business. You have the same response for every complaint, and again, nothing changes.

I stopped by on Thursday 12/7 in the morning to drop of 3 small packages. The lady at the counter was very rude. Also I needed tape on the top of the box and they charged me a dollar to tape it up. I know that's not a lot but just the point that she could've easily taped it for me as a courtesy. I would hate to see what a large box costs to tape either make sure all yours boxes are taped.

Wasn’t me but there was a lady that was charged for $25 for a TINY TINY box. Just go to the post office downtown. Much nicer as well

I would like the owner to be aware of the lack of professionalism and effort that is made by the employees at the Willow Creek location. I have never received a receipt for a cash purchase or notary services. I am not even sure it is entered into the cash regester. UPS has an online service for packages to be routed to a store near your address if you are unable to be at home all day. This stores employees have no idea of the process and procedures and give other contact information to lead you to the main hub. If the employees were trained or monitored in this process then they would have happier customers. This store participates in the UPS shipping service and should function as a full service store or have the website not prompted us to the Willow Creek address and phone number contact. I am only looking for the owner to understand why this store is rated so low. Good luck!

Would not recommend going here lady at counter is rude. Dropping off a return from Amazon they stated didn't need to tape up box just drop off the box with ups with scan code and they would do the rest. She rudley said if she had to tape up box it would cost us I said okay I'll just take home and tape it myself. So she rolled her eyes not sure why she was so upset not like she had to do extra work. If you don't like your job find another one.

The two women running this place of late (specifically on Tues, 8/15) are rude, unprofessional and act intolerant that a customer actually would like service. This has happened multiple times now; although further I will make the drive to a different location.
