Tried to call Prescott Branch and no one available to answer the phone during business hours. Issue could not be handled on line. The teller made the mistake not me.

I knew better they said they would put my 120 dollars back over night and is it there heck no. I can't believe anything they tell me anymore. So, will I bother anymore, just wait for the 4th of sept take my pensions go back to Chase, I am over this mess.

Bad bank, only women work here, sexism here! Old lady branch manager looks racist too! Also only white branch too!!! bad bank with a taco truck representing them lol!!!!!! Go to chase or Wells Fargo, open up acct there. Only one us bank in pv or Prescott, zero chino valley! Awful bank and small for huge building

The tellers at the bank our great, call centers could use some common sense. I own a small business and they froze my card due to suspected theft .. thats a great service but If your going to freeze a business account, you should probably contact the business. I did not receive a call, text, or email. Luckily I had cash on me to buy fuel or I would have been stranded. Further I was two hours away from home to look at a job and get some supplies at a specialty vendor, but I couldn't load up because they froze my card.

I have tried calling our local branch repeatedly to get clarification on an incoming wire and to be certain I will be able to pull the cash immediately for another transaction outside the bank. No ever answers the phone. I have to work thru an 800 number employee. I asked them to contact the Prescott branch and have them call me. I have to make an appointment to insure I can even get my cash. Very frustrating process.

I really wish I could give them a 5 star review however the bank falls short of providing banking services of a full-service bank. There is no walk up ATM, no drive-up teller, no ATM inside the bank, no machine for coin deposits, no free paper shredding collection and always short staffed. I have had an account with US Bank for 15 years, while living in different states, so it has been handy, for the most part. I'm sorry to say this branch either needs to grow, or needs to go! There is an empty Chase Bank down the street they could move to...just saying!

Recently, my husband and I were vacationing in Prescott AZ. I was in need of having some paperwork notarized to have it sent off as soon as possible. I have been banking with U.S. Bank for many years in California and was aware that the bank provided this service to their customers. I contacted "Laura", the manager of the branch in Prescott, and although she was short staffed and busy, she made accommodations for us and assisted us with the notary herself. I felt she went the extra mile for us, and I greatly appreciated it. This is why I have been a customer of U.S. Bank for so many years! Thanks Laura!

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Every single time I come everyone is extremely rude and frustrated. The energy walking in is a total drag. I only opened an account with US Bank because my employer’s checks are from this bank and thought it would be convenient for my funds availability. There hasn’t been one convenient thing about it and I’ve had my account for over a year. The funds come out of my employer’s account right away, but take minimum 3 days for it to clear my account which has caused several issues with bills and whatnot, as I was told funds would always clear right away since it’s from the same bank. I have to come into the branch, which closes super early, and cash THEN deposit my check, which clearly annoys the teller every single time. There is ONE location. As soon as I can get my bills organized, I will be promptly closing my account, and highly don’t recommend using this bank especially not if you’re in Prescott. As someone who’s a worked in all bank positions for over 5 years, I am very disappointed in the customer service and the way they do things.

I lost my wallet, credit card, etc, made an appointment, I talked to Laura who immediately canceled my credit card and froze the bank account, her professional and pleasant personality won my over. I like this branch.

$7 fee to cash a check written to me by a US Bank customer. Really? With all your overdraft fees and interest rates...AND the $700 BILLION in tax dollars you got for a bailout from your predatory lending tactics...here you are nickel and diming me? You have 10 employees sitting around counting all the money you scam out of hard working people and only one teller working the window helping customers...a line out the door and a 35 minute wait...what a joke.

This is one of my favorite banks to go to. The staff is always very friendly caring and helpful. It's very clean safety dividers wonderful place
