Dealt with an older lady on an Address Change. I wanted to explain my part on the matter, but cut me off explaining her way. Maybe it's time to retire for this cranky woman.

The staff member name Lena is the absolute worse. She definitely shouldn't be working where she has to interact with customers.

Lena, was probably incredibly rude. Not helpful but extremely aggressive and talks to you like you’re dumb. I was adamant on the address and specifically had it written a certain way and she still made a label for not what I had. She could have explained why but she felt to do it her way. Which is fine but once it’s returned I will be calling.

Three stars because some of the staff here are great. The older gentlemen I’ve dealt with are so friendly and efficient.Today I stopped at this post office instead of the one on Fair. Big mistake. I had a prepaid label but the return address was my old address. I just moved last week. She told me I needed to change my address and she wouldn’t scan it and send it. This has NEVER been an issue at any other post office. I called the company I printed the label from and they said she legally HAD to ship it even with a different return address. I walked back in and told her that. I asked if she was going to scan it now and she kept interrupting me and telling me I need to change my address. You already said that and I already told you it didn’t matter. It’s ok to have control issues but it’s not OK to use that as an excuse to be lazy. There was no one else in line. Hopefully my package makes it. I don’t have time to deal with someone else’s lack of efficiency and mental issues.She may need additional training in both efficiency and customer service and safety. I should not have to tell her to do her own job. Please fix this.

Slowest, worst post office ever. 1 clerk, line out the door. Always.... never has the correct staff available. Staff is over retirement age and takes forever to help customers.

I had a box to mail & asked for a piece of tape & was told I had to buy a roll. I've been in here before & I've seen them give people tape. Every post office I've ever been in has given free tape. I had to pay $3.99 for a piece of tape. I guess I'm the wrong color . This will be my last time coming in this post off. I don't support places like that. I'm also sending a complaint to the postmaster general.

Sadly, this post office, located in a beautiful, historic building, situated at a convenient location goes out of its way to be UNHELPFUL. An elderly gentleman in front of me in line (who had obvious difficulty walking,) asked for a zip code. The Postal Worker actually said: "I can't help you--I don't know that zip code, and we don't have a list of zip codes, you have to go to Miller Valley for that". I could not believe it! If a POST OFFICE doesn't have a list of zip codes, who does??? I got the guy the zip code on my phone but he still was told to go to Miller Valley. They were equally unhelpful and apathetic when they waited on me. I said, "I'm worried about that guy--how's he going to get to Miller Valley?" the worker just shrugged and looked I at me like: not my problem lady. It was an extremely disappointing interaction. My friend who frequents that P.O said it's always like that. It's disappointing to see -- they need some new blood. And some humanity.

This is the WORSE SERVICE I have ever had! I have been waiting for legal papers to be delivered for two weeks! When I got an email stating it was sent back to the sender! They left a card in the mail box: stating no one was home. Well, we went to the post office right a way. The postal worker had us sign the card that was left in our mail box, and we were told it would be delivered the next morning (Saturday). Well, guess what, NO PAPERS!!! Of course the post office is now closed until Monday. We had to pay an extra $20.00 to have the dated paperwork reprinted and sent out again. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!Lisa McKernan
