Not super happy this time around. Paid alot for oil change, and they asked if I wanted air in my tires, well of course I do. When I pay over 100 for a oil change, make it happen. Nothing. They didnt check. Just bummed, they use to be on top of it all.

I've been going to this specific store for many years and typically have always had a good experience. This last time Isabelle did a great job and I appreciated her honestly and suggestions for cost savings with the service she provided us as well as coupons we used for our new air filter. It's employees like her that I continue to go to Valvoline.

There is nothing instant about this drive through. The point of drive through service is to be quick. These guys are anything but quick. Slow, complacent and like others backed up and left. There is zero excuse for how slow this place is.

What a great business!! Fast friendly and superb service. Had my oil change done here and it was so quick and very well done. The guys all worked well together and were very thorough. My new number one place to get a quick oil change, done right.

They left the water bottle used to catch the oil in my engine. My serpentine belt rubbed it and made a loud noise so I found it. I called the store and I got an explanation for what the bottle is used for instead of any real interest that there was a problem. You lost my business.

Do not go here. They lost our coolant cap due to their negligence and took them 20 minutes to find it. Will never come back here again. It's supposed to be a quick oil change. And to add insult to injury they still charged me full price. $80 and wasted my time.

I pull in they guy ask me what I want . I say I need full synthetic . He says ok and that I should pull around to the garage entrance . I wait about 30 minutes for the car in line before me. When I get inside garage the guy asks again what do I want. I say full synthetic . He says 'oh we only have blend and we have been waiting on that truck since 9am' never going there again

Had my truck's oil changed here.While their work is good, what needs to change is their insistence on the up-sell. I change my trick's oil every 2500 miles -- and I don't need or want the premium oil blend. My profile stipulates the lower of the oil-synthetic blends: my truck is worth taking good care of, but it's not a high-performance racing machine -- and there's no need to be putting the top-of-the-line lubricants into. So when the Valvoline employee asked me if I wanted to have the truck serviced as per the ongoing record's service history, that does not include unnecessarily adding $40+ to the bill for a premium synthetic oil.When I tell those who are ready to service the vehicle that it is going in for warranty service at my dealer, that means I intend that air filters, differential oils, brake fluid, etc, etc are going to be serviced by my dealer who works on hundreds of Dodge RAM trucks each week -- and not by some people that happen to be under pressure to sell me a lot of unnecessary, unneeded products. So when I have to tell the Valvoline employees the third or fourth time that my truck is going into the dealer for warranty service, they should probably take heed of the tactful suggestion to stop asking if they can "upsell" unwanted lubricants and services. And while I do appreciate the $5 discount given me as a veteran (Thank you), I lost approximately $41 for the top-shelf synthetic oil they put unnecessarily into my vehicle's engine.
