They have amazing people working here. PJ and Lesley specifically have saved me money & gone out of their way to take the time to explain things to me since I’m new to having my own insurance. Great people and always friendly.

These people are THE BOMB, always friendly, great customer service,,, my last pharmacy argued about everything and could not fathom how a patient has two insurances. Love these people!

If you live in the area and need prescriptions filled this is the place to go. Courteous friendly efficient people great prices. Walgreens and CVS do not measure up at all.

Quite slow in getting Rxs filled! Staff likes to horse around in the back, when people are waiting to pick up their Rxs!!!! Very unprofessional, and the pharmacist likes to repeat themselves. Not my favorite pharmacy.

I ran to Walmart after work to pickup a few things. After grabbing a couple of things I walked to the self checkout line. The staff member working there was helping everyone find a register but when I got there she walks away. Then when I'm leaving the person at the door stops me & counts everything in my cart to make sure I'm not stealing but didn't stop anyone else. Even the 2 couples behind me said it was wrong and they weren't stopped. This is the 2nd Walmart in Yavapai county that I've been profiled for being black. I guess Walmart trains their staff to be racist. I definitely won't be back again saving a few cents isn't worth the horrible treatment. I will be telling all my family and friends to stop supporting a racist company. There needs to be a way to give 0 stars they don't deserve a star

Don't schedule your Covid vaccine for this location if you want to actually receive the vaccine. I scheduled my vaccine a day ahead and my son's the same day. They called to reschedule my son because they didn't have enough vaccines but failed to tell me I was also being rescheduled even though I scheduled mine well before the day I was to receive it. Go anywhere else...they are extremely rude.

I love this pharmacy! I get my prescriptions right off. They are friendly and courteous. And they are so good at dealing with lame doctors offices and ridiculous insurance companies. I think other people need to be looking at their doctors offices a little close!

My daughter made me an appointment to get the COVID-19 vaccine. I show up 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, only to sit and wait for an hour. Had I been a walk-in, that would have been understandable, but I was not. I would have also understood if the pharmacy was busy or understaffed...but it was not busy, and I counted 4 lab coats in back...they just don't care.

I've been filling the same prescriptions at Wall Mart Happy Valley for about 5 years. Never an issue. Friendly, fast and professional every time. Then we moved and have been using Wal Mart Gail Gardner for the last year and a half and have problems EVERY TIME! I even started having my insurance company intervene.I asked my insurance rep if they seemed particularly difficult to deal with and she agreed with me. She said she had to go through a few techs and finally talked to Dave who was finally helpful. I guess I have to get our prescriptions out of there.
