This store has their own made up return policy on diapers. I was gifted diapers at my baby shower that my son grew out of. I went to return them without a receipt and was fully expecting store credit. The rep refused and said it was an exchange only, meaning I was only allowed to buy diapers. Not baby items, not groceries, not clothes ONLY exchange them for diapers. This is no where on the Walmart return policy. The rep said “I physically cannot give you store credit. The system won’t allow me to”. So I had to get a brand different diapers because the ones I usually get were out of stock in the size I need. We went back to the customer service desk where the rep RETURNED THE DIAPERS, ADDED THE CREDIT TO A GIFT CARD AND RANG UP THE NEW DIAPERS AND PAID WITH THE GIFT CARD. The same gift card she told me the system physically wouldn’t allow her to give me. This store and their employees CANNOT and should not be able to dictate how anyone spends money in their store.

Today, I went to Walmart off RT#69 in Prescott. I was greeted by Larry of Walmart Automotive Service. From the moment I met Larry until I was notified that my vehicle was ready, I had a terrific experience!
Not only was Larry more than helpful to me, the other employees there were just as nice and caring in the treatment I received.
A few months ago, at the suggestion of a friend, I had gone to this Walmart for an oil change and received the same great, caring service.
Both experiences I had were not only handled by employees who care, but, also very important to me, Walmart's prices were extremely low compared to other places I checked price-wise.
Bluntly, I've learned very quickly to go to Walmart @ Rt#69 for my vehicle needs....again, terrific experience.

Always can depend on them having what I need. Though I've heard others condemn Walmart products, you can't beat the price and I've never had a bad experience with their foods.
