I will never understand why banks especially Wells Fargo, don’t understand when you need to do a same day wire. They act like it’s a big inconvenience and can’t help you, won’t take an appointment. I guess they don’t understand that’s how small businesses run. Wells Fargo is the worst. My online limit for wires is 10k so too bad I have to come in the branch. Maybe try hiring some more workers and stop caring about your “solutions” and bonuses and take care of the customers.

This 1 star rating is regarding the drive through ATM. The past 3 times I attempted to use it. The screen shows no cash available. Completely unacceptable.

Got my escrow papers notarized at no charge. Wonderful customer service! Been banking with WFB for 40 years.

Do not go here if you need the drive through. It's permanently closed according to the attendant who seemed very disturbed that I pressed the call button at noon this Monday, 5/22. It's too hot to leave my dog in the car, so I guess I'm driving to Prescott Valley... Please do better Wells Fargo Prescott!

Lousy customer service. Came in to get some paperwork notarized, they weren't helpful if not rude!

Darren has great customer service and a problem solving mindset. He switched his schedule around to meet small business needs on short notice.

Nothing like a bank that argues with you when they close five minutes early. Horrible location with a very grumpy younger lady

If you like being a number and not a customer this is the bank for you. Walked in the door a line out the door, we had an appointment to open a new business account, the person that we were meeting with was loud, rude and talking to people in the waiting room for help like they were a piece of dirt! She sits us down and i ask her we need to add someone to an account plus open a new account, She said i do not think we will have time to do this you will need to make an appointment. Well when we tried to make an appointment it would only allow us to do one thing? So as a customer, I have no customer service I am just a number. I got up and walked out of this pit of a bank. Called B of A they said please come down we be glad to help you. Wow so nice. Wells Fargo what happened to customer service?

This wellsfargo branch has the worst customer service on top of unprofessional staff. Don't bother trying to call and set up an appointment either the phone line just rings and rings. I'll take my business to Chase.

First dont bother calling. You get a message that we cant answer the phone but go on line to solve your problem. Unfortunately i need to speak with a banker to resolve problems with a checking account. Tried to make an appointment on line and next available, at this branch is 3 days from now. I spoke with the branch on Willow Creek Rd and have an appt this afternoon. What ever happened to customer service? It obviously does not exist at this branch when you dont answer the phone.

Wells Fargo now charges the lowest paid wage earners to cash their own checks, ensuring that the rich get richer while the poor remain poor. What's worse: they now instruct their tellers to misrepresent their own fees, thus making such fees fraudulent. The CEO of Wells Fargo, and others in the organization who support and benefit from fraudulent fees, should be in prison for their crimes.

I'm leaving Wells Fargo after my experience with this branch. I was looking to make adjustments to my accounts. The lady said that there is nothing they can do.... but apply for one of our credit cards. I asked her why I was banking with them if I can't make some minor adjustments to my accounts. I suggested maybe going to another bank. She agreed and said I should probably do that. I am closing my accounts and have moved to Chase. I was banking with Wells Fargo since I was a teenager, but that is over. I have better rates and benefits now than after getting near to 10 years with Wells Fargo. And I'm not even talking about their hidden fees and other things that I dealt with over the years.

The is bank has no more customer service. The line is out the door you tay to ask questions they are rude. Went in to open a new account and the person that does this was such a b**** I walked out. I have two accounts there now and will be closing them why we were standing there a customer ask to have a notary that would take five minutes they told him it will be five hours. There is no more personal touch at this bank. Why I have three other accounts at One AZ and will go there with my others Go somewhere else unless you just want to be a number
