Expensive….. I saw some Christmas lights from Walmart that had the sticker on them. They were used and original price was $1.99. Goodwill priced them for $4.99. I think their prices are outrageous. Walmart clothes for 50% more than at the store. I rather support the smaller stores like Stepping Stones, second chance. There’s very cool thrift stores all around Prescott and Prescott Valley that don’t charge you for more than the things originally were.

** do not shop at any northern arizona goodwill. **they no longer accept returns of any sort (within 7 days, with tags intact, with receipts intact). they do not allow customers to use the fittings rooms -- yet will not accept returns of items that you have to try on at home. do not support a company that soley caresabout money -- i will no longee be supporting goodwill as a whole due to this instance of greed.

They have a variety of everything. I've gotten some really cool things there. Really nice shark vacuum for only $10. Looks and performs like it's brand new. I love it. Alot of amazing deals.

This is a new Goodwill that opened up last year. The store is bright and clean and a pleasure to shop at. One of the first things I noticed was the lack of fitting rooms. There are none. The only way to try things on is over your clothes. That works for tops, but not so much for pants. Other Goodwills in Arizona keep their fitting rooms locked. That used to be due to Covid, but now they won't open them due to people trashing them or stealing in them. I have found some great bargains here. As with most Goodwill's, pricing is inconsistent. Some clothing items are overpriced. Kid's clothes should not be priced as high as they are. But their prices seem to be largely better than the competing Goodwill on Iron Springs. One of my better finds was a duffel for the gym. Paid $4.99. Books are also priced well. The employees are friendly and helpful. Parking is ample. This is one of my favorite places to shop. Nice clean bathrooms too.

These guys are great!! I recently bought a little television from this store and unfortunately it didn’t work properly, the associate and store manager were quick to remedy the issue. Thank you guys very much and I’d like to note that this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with any electronic device from Goodwill and I’ve been a life time customer. Thanks again

Horrible customer service. Manager was harassing my friends for things they didn’t do, and making rude back handed comments to my face at checkout.

There are for cash registers in this store. And one cashier working. A line the spanned almost the entire length of the store. I put my finds back and walked out. With a mega corporation like goodwill youd think they can afford more cashiers.

Artificial fragrances + chemicals are extremely harmful for human health, yet all Goodwill stores are spraying them with insane amounts. I had to jump to shower after a goodwill visit & air my own clothes for hours! Sometimes even airing not enough so all has to be washed even after just few minutes of shopping? Why are you spraying that toxic artificial smell? please stop this horrific artificial smell in ALL of your stores! search on google about artificial fragrances and their health hazards, it’s not that hard! also poshmark, thread up has same or cheaper prices than you offer. why would anyone smell that horrible artificial smell that is hazardous and pay more then buying online ?

Typical goodwill in terms of selection, this one prices didn't seem as crazy as some recently of pricing things way too high, however found some Pyrex measuring cups that I have been looking for, a 2 cup one priced 2.49, another 2 cup same on priced at 4.49, and a 1 cup one priced at 4.49, when asking about the difference in price for same item and if it was possible to buy at the same price as the lower cost (which goodwill has always done in past for identical items) was told the prices are as listed and cannot be changed, again it was 2 of same item priced differently and then a smaller one priced higher as well. Bought the lesser priced one and didn't buy the overpriced ones that should have been same price as one I bought. If you find something priced good worth the buy but beware of inconsistent pricing and no chance for price corrections.
