Wash your car yourself , the drive thru brushing beats the paint , and misses a lot of stuff .

I was confused using their self-service. Luckily, an employee very kindly helped me out. I decided to let them wash my car. They did a great job. I do recommend this car wash.

It's easy to pass up if you aren't paying close attention. Prices are a bit lower than some other car wash spots around town. The handheld air dryers need maintenance in the manual wash area. I asked a clerk to break a fiver and he was very courteous as well.

Just amazing people to work with and really fair price for the detail they do on your vehicle highly recommend it

Went by the car wash today and put four dollars into the machine just to find out that they were out of soap and nothing at all would turn on. Pulled out and pulled into the next stall and the same thing it was out of soap. Four dollars for four minutes is a rip off, the one on Gurley Street is two dollars for four minutes and everything works. This place looks like a complete dump with zero maintenance

It was my first time at this car wash. I hadn't washed my car in 3 years. The attendants were friendly and my car looks great. For 6 dollars, you can't beat it. They scrub before you go in and hand dry when you exit. My go to place for a car wash.

Well the part I use is a self serve part. Not really much to say. They do their best to keep the equipment working and I know they try to keep the stalls clean.

Absolutely do not recommend! Yesterday I went and purchased the big dog wash, $10. I didn't even get the back of my car somehow. The self-service dollars are crappy and it's a four dollar minimum which is insane. I will never go back here again.

I just left the "touch less" car wash and will never spend my money there again. After I paid (and tipped) I got my car washed by the machine, then dried, then rewetted by the machine before I left. There were no people to wipe my car down and I left there dripping wet needing to use my wipers to be able to see. Never again

This place seems to be the only place left in Prescott with self serve wash bays. Unfortunately, of the four they have only two are open. And of those two almost nothing works. There are permanent "temporarily out of order" stickers on the spot free rinse option, air hose, and foam brush. On both remaining bays... Which really only leaves the high pressure hose. And that barely even works either. So $4 minimum to use a garden hose in a muddy bay.As other reviewers mentioned, avoid this place. This place is actually for sale so it's pretty apparent the owner isn't going to invest in it or fix anything.

I just left there, it was my first time going into the car wash (I've used the self serve before, never again, the hose was snapped off of the brush making me use the hose to apply the soap then rinse), this time I drove up to where a guy was taking money and pre washing a car, I found out I was in the "touch less" machine. I paid for the most expensive wash (10 bucks) and gave the guy a 2 dollar tip, I drove in and the machine did its thing, but after the last pass on the drying cycle the machine came by from rear to front with water squirting from it which re wetted my car, then the machine said to exit and to exit I had the drive past the machine which was still squirting water. As I was waiting for the machine to finish I saw the guy that took my money and 1 other guy hand wiping down a car that had exited the brush side of the car wash, I figured that they would wipe my soaked car down for me, but they had disappeared, when I exited I sat where the previous car had got wiped down and there was not a soul to be seen. I left, went to the vacuum area, looked at my car and decided to not spend any money on their vacuums. That was the last time I will use Auto Spa

There equipment is tired and lackluster. When the drying cycle is complete (on the touchless wash), why should I be satisfied exciting the tunnel with a leaking stream of water being sprayed on my car?

Minimum cost to run the self service bay is $4.00, every other one in town starts at $2.00. I was willing to pay it because the other ones in this town are also awful. Unfortunately the bays are not maintained, most of the chemicals were out of order and the ones that said they worked barely worked at all. My garden hose had more pressure than their “pressure washer” really unfortunate no self serve wash in our area is decent.Services: Vacuuming

This company has stolen enough of my money. On multiple occasions I have washed my car in their self serve bays and multiple services have been out of order. Even after calling the owner who promises that everything will be repaired post haste and I will get a free wash as a consolation. Nothing gets fixed and I have not received my free wash. This man now has the audacity to raise the minimum purchase to $4 and still does not repair his equipment. This place is an absolute rip off. I am surprised he is still in business.

Most the time the machines won't work. This last time- Takes three mins for the soap to dispense. That leaves one minute to actually wash the car. Told staff. He did apologize but since I paid quarters couldn't help me out. What? Why even approach me?Time before- When I washed my bosses truck one evening there was zero water pressure but I already put his money in. Fun.Pro tip. There is a water hose behind the detail area. I had to rinse it off over there... It actually works
