Made reservation for 2 weeks had to leave after 2 days, was willing to accept the fact owner considered the rent forfeited, but then he claims to be entitled to $100 deposit for electricity too. Nothing in writing and no receipt, my mistake. Guy is a crook, park is noisy on the highway and a dump. Not worth a dime.Dude, you took a $100 deposit for electricity and then because I left early even though I paid , you claimed I forfeited the utility deposit because I left early. All I'm saying is get everything in writing when dealing with a guy like this. I got nothing, my mistake. Besides, the park is ugly and right on the highway, and I wouldn't even think of staying there again regardless

I'm Boondock camping in a 19 footer in LaPosa North BLM land just south of town. No hookups so I decided to call Ironwood RV Pumping, sp/w Vince and he agreed to come out and pump my tanks for $50 which I though was pricey but i figured if it was only 2 a month it was affordable. He came out and hooked up and applied suction to both tanks at once opend the gate valves and of course the hose jumped around a lot , within a couple minutes he closed both valves at once and declared there ya go, all done. I asked for verication and he replied "Dry as a bone" I paid him his $50 and then went inside and checked the toilet. Still inches of sewage in the tank. I had just hosed it out a month earlier the gage read empty. The gray water tank is brand new, the sensors are clean and work 100%. They indicated 2/3rds full still and sure enough 5 days later my gray tank was full. I called him to tell him so maybe he could correct it but instead he blamed me saying I just used more water than I thought. I have a 42 gallon holding tank and I only stored 30 gallons of water in those 5 days so it's impossible to be full if it was empty to begin with. It wasn't. Several things Vince can do to improve his service and I would demand it if you have to work with him. He needs to add a clear extension onto the system so you can actually stand there and view whats coming out of the pipe. As for me? He's so cocky and sure that he roughly blamed it all on my equipment and my inexperience. Even though I was going to use him twice a month and I told him that. Did himself no favors. I have dumped these tanks every week for months and never have I had this problem. I know the limits of my own equipment. He told me that he'd come again but I would have to pay again... I found someone else... Beware when doing business with this guy... Use at your own risk. Prepare to be disappointed and treated disrespectfully.

Eh.....$300 Per Month to park an old RV on a small, gravel spot with only room enough to fit my Suburban between my RV and the next one....then to charge $60 for electric and water? DAANG!

I wrote another review but I guess on a different website called Rover.I talked to Vince on the first of the month, Monday morning. I was inquiringabout a RV rental that I saw on the website. I booked it for the Month of November and Paid the rent for that month and a deposite . As I was certain to be going down from Washington pretty soon. But by the very next day I has discovered my truck had a problem and I wouldn't be able to make it for awhile. I called Vince and told him as soon as I could, and he sent the funds back into my account that very next Day. What a great guy. I can't wait to get down to Quartzsite to meet him. I just hope he has room for me in a Vacant Trailer. Thanks again for your Kindness Vince.

Awesome park. I've been here for 4 months and its by far the best place I've lived. The owner Vince keeps the park clean and safe. Well lit, and a laundromat on site. If ever a problem just call and he's there within the day. All the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Great place for me and my family

This was my first stop on a cross country journey and I didn’t know what time I would be arriving but I knew it would be late. Vince, the owner met me there after midnight to help me maneuver a rental RV into the spot and helped me with my hook ups. He could not have been a nicer guy and I would highly recommend Ironwood RV park for a safe spot on your journey!
