“The staff is helpful , knowledgeable and guardedly friendly. The staff are extremely overworked and understaffed. Not the fault of the employees. Quartzsite is a small community that swells to unbelievable numbers during the winter months of great weather and a long rock show season. I don’t like waiting in line either but patience and understanding is called for. I’ve seen the staff being horribly abused verbally because of impatience with the wait time. Shame on those people !!!!!! Also , this usps location does not accept sure post packages unless a P.O. Box number is in the address bar. Signs in post office explaining this. Be kind people. I for one greatly appreciate the staff at the Quartzsite post office ❣️”
