“Founds myself with a flat rear tire on my motorcycle about 30 miles east of Quartzite, AZ on US10 around 4pm. Called AAA who connected me with a dispatcher (Eric I believe) from A Toe Truck. Long story short, I wanted to get to Goodyear, AZ (~70 miles) but the problem was they couldn't tow me beyond Tonopah. In order to get me to Goodyear they need to arrange and coordinate a 'relay' where another tow truck would meet us and they would transfer my bike to the new company who could tow me the rest of the way. Eric was MORE than communicative and answered my calls looking for updates and progress. After 3+ hours and they hadn't been able to arrange a relay it was pitch black, cold, and we (my buddy stayed with me) had a hard time seeing anything other than the non-stop whizzing of cars/semi's rolling past. Eric sent a truck as a 'safety tow' to get me to Quartzite to spend the night in a hotel so I was safe and they would work on arranging a relay tow first thing in the morning. Erick coordinated with AAA so I could have the safety tow and AAA would still allow my tow (~100 miles from Quartzite) under my AAA membership. Wanting to avoid the relay experience from the previous night I opted for a tow to the Harley-Davidson dealer in Yuma first thing the next morning. All in all I dealt with 2 dispatchers (Erick/Jasmine) and 2 drivers (Tyrone/Javier) and they were ALL courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and showed the utmost in patience and attitude to me and my buddy throughout the entire ordeal. While I'm disappointed with AAA and this whole 'relay' concept and that they couldn't authorize an exception to provide A Toe Truck compensation given the time/safety of the situation, as a two provider A Toe Truck is top notch! Thank you!”

“Moving our son to ASU from the central coast of CA and blew a tire in my sons car on the I10E freeway. We were in a bad spot 35 miles outside Quartsite AZ, and parked on the inside median barely off the road as the car was not moveable with the front tire being gone. Called Triple A since we pay for roadside assistance, 2 hours later still waiting for their sorry asses. Decided to call a tow truck company in Quartsite to see if they would come get us, pulled up reviews and seen A2Z towing had many great reviews and this guy HENRY had many good reviews on him as a driver. Called, talked to the owner and we agreed on a price to tow us all the way to Tempe, AZ, almost 2 hours away. Low and behold the driver who shows up is HENRY! Called on his way and kept us up to date on his whereabouts. My son and I crawled in the wrecker and had great conversations all the way to Tempe. When we got to our Airbnb HENRY was kind enough to help change out the front tire with the spare donut so I could get it to a shop the next morning and get new tires put on for my son. Can't thank you enough HENRY for all you did for us on the highway that day. If you are in an unfortunate situation like we were, it's nice to know you have people like HENRY who not only help out but actually care about their customers. You are a great man HENRY, thanks again brother.”

“If you're stuck somewhere, don't bother with any other company. My car broke down just inside the Arizona side of the Arizona/California border on a Saturday afternoon when it was 113 outside. Michael was at the location within 15 minutes, then towed me to a dealership in Blythe. The cost was completely reasonable, but Michael went above and beyond. When he dropped me at the dealership, he recommended I stay at a nearby motel. Then he drove right back to tell me that the place had closed down and very kindly drove me around to the nearby motels, waiting out front until I confirmed I could get a room. Then he refused a tip. I truly would've been in a very bad spot without Michael's professionalism and kindness. Now that Finn Ford dealership in Blythe, avoid at all costs...”
