The customer service at this location is the worst. They will not accept Fedex or UPS packages and take pleasure in telling you they don't accept them and send them right back. I had to find out on my own and after several weeks, that the Dollar Store is a drop off and pick-up point for Fedex. If anything is to be delivered via UPS then have it sent to Blythe, CA.In my travels around the country, this is the worst USPS Post Office experience I've encountered to date. Perhaps some people have been there too long and feel they're irreplaceable.

Imagine running a business where you state a new customer can only be a customer for the first 30 days. After these 30 days you are not allowed to give us anymore revenue for 1 year. That is USPS Quartzsite Post Master's business model.In other words you can only use general delivery for the first 30 days, then banned for 1 year - until you can use it again for only 30 days.Great business model huh? I guess USPS is so profitable they are refusing revenue!The irony is, if you have anything sent after the 30 days they refuse it and ship it back (double the cost to them), rather than handing it over the counter.

Extremely busy, but there was only on very nice lady at the counter that was extremely patient with a person that wanted here to check on over 300 packages to find his that the tracking number he provided said it was still in transit but headed back to where it was shipped from. The computer only show each time it is scan as it change or transfers. There were about 12 people in line when we got there and it only took about 10-15 minutes to get through the line.

USPS needs to staff this office appropriately for the business it gets. If you offer a service, don’t blame the customer for the problems that come along with it. If you can’t support general delivery along with the rest of your services, remove that as an option and make folks purchase a PO Box so you can get the revenue to support a larger staff.

Ruben is a jerk to newcomers in town. He kept letting ppl go in front of me. Several different occasions he always made my visit more difficult than it had to be. He's also lazy while the younger guy always the runner,the worker.

They don’t allow you to access your p.o. Box outside of their EXTREMELY limited hours. Only open 9-11am and 12-4pm Monday-Friday. Closing my box on Monday! Sad. Guess we know why USPS always loses money.

I have no problem waiting in line when things are busy. I believe in kindness. What I really hate is when I feel postal workers only want to get me out the door and will make up stuff if they don't know. My general delivery 3 day express envelope was tracked from. Maryland to Quartzsite and showed that it was delivered on Nov. 8th. I tried twice over a few days to see if it would either show up or be sent back. My daughter addressed it properly and had the correct tracking number. I was told it was addressed wrong and when that was found to not be the case I was told it was lacking some numbers on my tracking number. How would I have tracked it across the country if that was true? I've worked with customers for 13 years with Xerox and this is not how you treat people. You at least have an option for them if you can't help them or don't know. Luckily I didn't need to waste time or aggravation to pursue it. Just leave a review and move on.Dec9So my mail was there. It took them a month to find it and return to sender.Thank God for Moon Mountain mail new this year in Quartzsite

My Post Office is great! Now when you snowbirds show up and make long lines, I don't blame my Post Office for it. The staff is wonderful!
