They ran my insurance when I walked in the door but 2 hours later after the Eye exam. They told me my insurance wouldn't cover it so I had to pay out-of-pocket. If they would have let me know that when they ran my insurance, I wouldn't have had to pay out-of-pocket or wait 2 hrs..

They dont review your records, the eye dr just puts almost everyone in store brand contacts. The doctor never went back to see what my prescription was or what kind of contacts I wore or if there were any problems it's simply like seeing a new eye doctor every time who knows nothing about you and doesn't go into your records to find out. Also if you do get stuck ordering glasses or contacts from this company, picking them up from them as a whole nother issue you can't just walk in and pick up your stuff apparently, so I definitely recommend getting them sent to your house.

If you value service and your time go elsewhere. Had a 1040 appointment and not seen 1 1/2 hours later still 2 in front of me. Optometrist taking personal calls in between . Left disgusted.

if i can give zero starts i would. ordered a pair of glasses two weeks ago. i’ve called many times to check the status, they say i would receive calls or text that they have arrived and i didn’t receive anything. i confirmed my number with them just in case. i called this morning for them to tell me that my glasses were already picked up by someone else. which wasn’t me. i suggest you guys verify dob and names before giving something to someone else that isn’t ME. very upset, now i have to wait another two weeks for something that i need day to day. poor service. was my first time coming to this place and will definitely be my last. i prefer going somewhere else where they actually care for you. not even to mention, very pricey. do better.

Fast forward to this morning not sure who answered the phone but they were not friendly I call around 12 something also I was told we would receive some sort of notification the glasses are in but did not I had to call.

I was turned away for being 12 mins late because of heavy traffic and a completely full parking lot. I will take my business elsewhere.They obviously don't care about people. I was a returning customer but I will not return again. There was no one waiting either, that's what blows my mind. What a joke.

I don’t usually post reviews, but America’s Best in Queen Creek really exceeded my expectations. Both myself and my father went in to get eye exams and glasses, and we were finished within an hour. They provided the most efficient and helpful experience I’ve ever had at an America’s Best store. The staff were very professional, friendly, and patient.

Going to Americas best in Queen Creek was a good experience. Nancy at the front desk was really helpful and the return on my new prescription glasses arrived very quickly.

I honestly would leave 0 stars if possible, I bought 2 pairs of glasses in August of this yr. both the frames broke the metal came apart by the lens. Apparently when they tell you, the warranty is a yr and you actually have a problem with the glasses they want more money to replace them! Nice warranty. Unbelievable

I scheduled and had an eye exam before leaving for an extended trip. I have worn progressive lenses for years, without issue. After the exam, I wanted to order two new pairs of glasses. They kept telling me that I needed to choose frames with a bigger lens area in order to fit my prescriptions. I went ahead and chose frames that make me look like a human/fly and they were shipped to me out of state when finished. I am not able to see out of either pair! In their defense, I wasn't here to give them a chance to correct the problem. As far off as these glasses are, I'm not sure they are capable. I will try again and pay for another exam, since I have the frames and revise this review if they can get it right!

Went in a few weeks ago and immediately had issues with front desk verifying my insurance. My dad had just gone in a week before me so I knew our insurance was accepted and I knew all the pricing. But the lady did not understand what I was saying and was telling me that I was in the wrong. In reality, she was spelling my name wrong, kept typing wrong info and she was overall rude and unhelpful. When I went back for the eye exam the woman was super sweet and understanding that I had to bring my baby with me. She made this experience a little better for me. After that, the doctor called me back and didn’t smile one time. He was unfriendly, seemed annoyed I had my child with me and didn’t make this experience personal at all. A week later I got a call to go pick up my glasses. I walked in, went over to the pick up counter and stood there for 10 minutes without being greeted. It wasn’t busy either. I was so shocked. Finally, someone asked if I had been helped and I said no but I’m here to pick up my glasses. It took her a while to find them as they weren’t in the right spot apparently. Another thing to add, when I was finishing up I heard the front desk speaking to a small child about how they need to speak up or the doctor won’t help him. The mom looked terrified. If someone ever talked to my child like that I would leave immediately. The front desk was condescending and had such an attitude with all the customers I witnessed. Overall, I would not recommend this place and I will not be going back. Terrible customer service.

Had such a positive experience when I visited this location for an eye exam, contacts and glasses. The general manager, staff and optometrist provided excellent customer service! They all took the time to answer questions and went above and beyond. During this visit they were experiencing systems issues and it was operating slowly. They all worked great together and kept their positive attitudes!

Went in here a couple years ago for an appointment the dr that saw me was super fast actually to the point that it was annoying he flashed through the different focals so fast that I think this is where my issues started. I picked out frames, she dotted them for my pupil, got them back fairly quickly.. as soon as I walked out of the office I knew my prescription was messed up I stuck it out for a few days then called them and they said come back in we will redo the eye exam so I go back in and an older gentleman not very nice tells me no we’re not redoing the exam he remarked my pupil spot on my glasses and sent my glasses back in, get them back.. same issue.. they tell me it will just take some time to get used to. (Have never ever had this issue with any other glasses before) I don’t wear them, they might as well go in the trash.. they are not my prescription and I didn’t feel like nor have time to be doing the whole back and forth arguing, resending, waiting game. If the same dr is there he needs to slow down and make sure the prescription he’s prescribing isn’t incorrect.
