I purchased a phone here the other day and while that transaction went well, it was the subsequent transactions that didn't. They were also super-pushy with the add-ons...which I hate. Anyone call sell you the goods but real customer service is how you take care of the customer afterwards.
Turns out, I needed to exchange the original purchase. When I went back the next day, I was told that only the original sales person could do the exchange/return. Literally no one else in the store was authorized to do the exchange/return! REALLY?! Of course the original sales person wouldn't be working for a couple days and I needed the exchange ASAP.
In frustration, I went to the corporate store in San Tan Mall and they were more than happy to help me with the exchange. They told me that this Queen Creek location is not a corporate store and does a horrible job when it comes to any follow up transactions like exchanges or plan changes. San Tan waived the activation of my new phone as an apology for the Queen Creek stores poor customer service.
Save yourself a trip and go to San Tan Mall - you'll only get jerked around if you purchase anything here.

Awful service walked into no greeting or acknowledgment. He lifted his head long enough to say he was going to bring boxes to the back asked what phone we wanted and never saw him again. We left and went to another location. The gentleman acted as if we were an interruption as there was nobody else in the store. Shameful really!

I came into the store this morning wanting to add my husband’s old watch onto my plan for my son. I was told I needed the IMEI number to do this. I didn’t know it but said I’d get it and be back. No problem. Later this afternoon I returned to the store and met Reggie, the manager who helped me. He worked to get the watch added to my account but could not get the cellular to work on the watch. He had me call customer service and wait on hold to speak to someone. Odd I thought, as every other agent was making the phone calls on behalf of the customer in the store. After a 25 minute wait on hold I got through to a representative who told me that since I was a first net customer I could not add my son to my phone plan. She said I would have to switch my phone plan over to the AT&T basic plan and lose my first net discount to do this. I told her I was going to cancel the additional line as I didn’t want to switch and pay more. Reggie heard all of this as I was on speaker. I told him to go ahead and cancel the line since it wasn’t possible to add it. He told me he was unable to do that in the store and that I had to call back to have them do it. So frustrating as I had literally just hung up. I waited on hold for another 20 minutes to be told Reggie had full capabilities of canceling the line and most likely didn’t want to because it would mess with his metrics for the month. Such horrible customer service and from the manager at that. I’m considering switching from AT&T based on my experience today alone. Avoid this location and ask for a different rep if you end up with Reggie. He could have saved me two hours of time sitting there had he been knowledgeable about what is available to someone as a first net customer.

Horrible People, Called them to check my online order and I was told they don't have an order even though My app says so. I told them don't be passive and was hung up on. Went to the store to ask about my order and was told I'm trespassing. Kids look like low life's. Avoid this store. I am in the process of escalating this issue to corporate
