First thing I have to say is WOW!!! I normally dread going into the phone store because it always turns into a headache, but not this time. This time I was so lucky to be helped out by an awesome rep who helped me through all my questions/concerns, and he saved me money! When you go in ask for ben!! I will be doing all of my phone related business through him from now on!

This store is wonderful, the staff is friendly. Any issues they may have had before, I didn't see. I was neither haggled nor hassled. Awesome experience! 2/8/2024!

Employee was playing a game on his phone and couldn't take the time to stop playing while he was talking to us. I have been with AT&T for over 25 years. I had them since they were called Cingular Wireless. The service in Queen Creek is so bad I'm just waiting out my contract now and switching to Verizon. I use my phone for my diabetes and AT&T just can't satisfy my expectations any more. I even talked with specialist and spent long wasted hours on the phone. Such a waste. So disappointing. AT&T... you need to hire employees that at least are being doing their job. The store was completely empty. Probably for a reason.

What a rip-off! I bought the "free for life" cell phone protector from AT&T yesterday. I get home to find it is already cracked. I take it to the store only to be told I have to pay to have it replaced. I dont know if AT&T is involved in this scam or it is just the local store.

Do not attend this location. The employee Daquan is committing fraud. Reggie the General manager does not do anything to resolve the issue, we tried to communicate with the district manager and didn’t get any call back. Primm Comm never responded to my two emails . The only way to actually get a resolution is filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. They will actually contact At&t Corporate and provide a resolution. I was refunded and credit for the purchase that Daquan lied about. I am surprised he is still even employed.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Back in October my wife and I went in to see about getting new phones. We were met by Daquan and he started out showing us what it would cost us for 2 new iPhone 15 pros. Wasn’t that much more, so cool let’s do it! Then he starts to tell us about a promotion they are running where if we got phones there was a BOGO on watches and somehow he showed us that it was actually going to be cheaper to do that! So we though shoot get watches AND phones for about the same amount we are paying now? Absolute no brainer! Where do we sign?! We get the first bill and he warned us that it would be higher for the first billing cycle. Fine no worries, it was for the trade in to start kicking in. The next bill comes and it’s still $100/months higher than we were sold. So we go into the store and spoke with Amara. She then told us that Daquan was fired because he was making a lot of mistakes. Okay I understand, let’s fix it but it’s AT&T’s problem, not mine. I didn’t sell it to myself. When asked how she is going to fix it she said she’d have to remove things that Daquan said were included in the price that he gave us. I asked her to escalate it higher and to have her manager call me to discuss it. Nothing from her manager. Nothing from her until I reach back out a week after asking to have her manager call me. The best part of it all is I have proof of the price we were sold at for just the phone and then with the watches. See attached. It’s telling of a company to not own their mistakes. This is THEIR mistake yet they will try to force consumers to pick up the cost different. This is not good business practice and absolutely unacceptable.
