This location is totally awful. If you're elderly and doesn't own a smart phone good luck trying to get your OWN money out. My husband who's a senior and doesn't want a smart phone gets the worst treatment at this branch. We live in San Tan but most of the time he ends up driving to the AJ branch on Apache Trail to get his money out. Those ppl there are saner than the one in this branch bc his DL and credit card is all they need to get money out. He's going to say goodbye for good to Bank of America for this ridiculous practice. It's amazing that you present them with a govt issued ID and him standing right there in their presence but yet that's not enough to verify his identity but yet a smart phone will do the trick? We are surely living in a backwards world these days. Unbelievable! Zero stars for this location.

Have been to this location several times to try to open a new account and give this bank business. I have been repeatedly turned away and told to go back home and make an appointment. This is ridiculous NO one @ Bank of America-wants to work. Ppl shouldn’t have to make appointments and come back multiple times to try to open a simple checking account. I would avoid. Poor and I mean extremely poor customer service. And perhaps even discriminatory practices. Try to find a credit union DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I called yesterday to see if I can cash out my check with a paper from the DMV that I got of my ID since I lost my ID and I had two other forms of identification, and an employee said yes I could,so I came in and I don't mind waiting in line when it's busy, but the fact there was this lady with blond straight hair asked everyone in line behind me what they came for and what they need help with except me,not to mention there was two other people in front of me,I felt discriminated, but I just tried to shake it off and still waited in line for my turn,I go to the desk and I ask to cash out my check and I told the lady I came to cash out my check and I showed her my forms of identification and she said,"no I can't cash out your check",like what?!,so I waited 30min it's in line for nothing and I would've saved that time if the lady with blonde straight hair had asked me if I needed help!!!!,but no I never got assistance before, and I would've saved time If the employee yesterday didn't lie to me saying I could cash it out with a DMV paper with my ID and the other two forms of identification!!!!!!!!!!!,Either the employee lied or they don't know how to do there job,I'm glad I don't bank with BOA,because this would never happen to me at Chase. The only reason why I can to BOA was because,I had a car accident check and it said I had to cash it out in BOA!

Nobody wanting to help the line. Once I got seen I was told they couldn't help deposit cash to another banks account cause that would be working for them. I've had other banks do this, I can't imagine if I was visiting how this would inconvenience me.

This location has a working ATM and most other banking services are unreliable.Example #1: I needed $6K cash to buy a used car, but multiple tellers struggled to be able to come up with it. After a fair bit of time and me holding up the line, they finally pieced it together with smaller bills. $6K is not a lot of money. This is a real bank, right?Example #2: I've needed notary services several times in the last few years. The first time I tried, I was told you need to make an appointment now. That's crazy, but OK. They only have a very limited number of appointments available per day, so you need to come back a future day for a notary service that most other banks/CUs do on the spot. The next time I make an appointment for a notary, wait until the day I need it and drive to the bank. I show up for my appointment only to be told that no one is in that day that can notarize documents. Why let me make an appointment? Why not call me and let me know before I drive there. The appointment is literally called a notary appointment. 3rd attempt for a notary today. Bank person comes out several minutes after 9 to let us all know that the bank doesn't have power, so they can't open and can't tell us when they'll open. OK, but I explain I just need a notary. I've watched them do this many times and they don't need power for that. I sign the book and they stamp my document after they verify my identity. I explained we don't even need to go into the bank, just send the notary outside with their book and stamp since no money is involved here if you care about actually helping your clients, but the manager wasn't listening and just wanted to go back to their break. Instead, I now need to make another appointment for a new day because all of their appointments are full for the day. Why do they only notarize ~10 documents a day? That's crazy for such a simple task that typically takes <5 minutes.

The staff is always so helpful and very friendly. However, the line is a little long sometimes but you know what they say patience is a virtue.

Would give less then one star!! My wife and I went into this location to make a deposit we were told there would be a one day hold on the check. This is what the teller told us. Turns out they put a 10 day hold on the check!! I could have just cashed the check at a Wells Fargo and had cash in hand. Now we must wait for are money to clear. Thanks for screwing us over bank of America!!!

Comparing this location to the Chase location in Queen Creek is like comparing Costco and Sams Club. Chase, like Costco is concerned with customer service and getting customers in and out of the branch as quickly as possible. They have multiple tellers open to help you. At the Bank of America Queen Creek location they follow in the foot steps of Sams Club, multiple teller windows, but no one to help you. If you want service now use the self checkout. My last visit with 6 people in line the branch manager takes one of the two tellers and has him start counting one dollars bills while she stood there and watched him, like she always stands there and does nothing.

I came to Bank of America at this location and was always given kind service. Unfortunately, my debit card was confirmed fraud and a needed a temporary debit card which takes days so the man that I spoke to asked me if I wanted to do a deposit of $300 instead since my account was still open. The man was tall and his tone when he spoke to me was not the kindest and he was very cocky. I'm also autistic and I have ADHD. And it seemed when he was talking to me that he did not handle patience very well.

I used the services of one of your Wealth Managers. A Korry Shawn Gantt. He lives here in Queen Creek, and his wife, Eunice, owns a business -- EPG Inspections. So, I thought he could be trusted. I should have known better. I will be making a complaint with the BBB regarding Korry's unprofessionalism. I shared my experience with several people and was told his wife, Eunice Prazeres, is known for her unsavory business practice and her business with a very bad reputation

Two tellers helping one customer, while there is a line out the door of people waiting. Other bank employees walking around, chatting, laughing.... This place never improves. Same lackluster service every time I'm here.

This center has gotten a lot better over the passed year. I have it a one star before, so I came here to fix it to 5 stars. There used to be long lines. Recently I went in I was surprised. They asked me what I wanted when I first walked in and helped me fast.

Waited in line full of clients while only one teller was working, she was with one client for 20 minutes. The manager never opened a teller and started helping her. Very disappointing. Would gladly use the ATM but needed lower bill denominations. The ATM’s need to offer lower bills or the bank needs to employ more than 1 teller
