I told my bank that I would be traveling out of country and informed them of my dates. I also called in once to make sure things were approved. Now I'm in the Philippines with no way to withdraw cash. So thanks for screwing me over. As soon as I get back I will be switching banks

The lady at the front desk did not want to help me. Also the lady behind the desk in her square did not want to help me. She came up with every excuse in the book to turn me away. They did not want to accept my two forms of identification because apparently they're two primary forms of identification that's government gave me which is my ID and my social. So after I go back to my car and look for a third party identification which is basically a credit card from some random other place like Walmart Visa with my name actually printed on it of course. I bring her these identifications and she still refuses to help me because she says her manager might get her because apparently she's doing her job and she might get paid overtime because they're about to close and apparently that's just not allowed. I don't think it would take longer than 5 minutes to set up a bank account. But she claims it will take 1hr or so.... Also I don't know if you can imagine it but she was using a very sweet but disrespectful tone of voice as if she had already intended not to help me from the beginning.

ONLINE BANKING AND PHONE BANKING BEEN AT ITS WORST. CARD LOCKED UP, CANT LOGIN ONLINE BECAUSE OF WEB MAINTENANCE AND ERRORS, NO PHONE SUPPORT BECAUSE THE 844 NUMBER CLOSED EARLY, NO ACCESS TO CARD, WIFE INLINE WITH 50 PEOPLE BEHIND HER WAITING TO CHECK OUT AND WE CANT DUE TO CARD SECURITY AGAIN. BMO Harris bank has been a great bank to deal with. Monica, who is the manager, has helped us each and every time we needed anything. We are snowbirds so have different requirements and cannot be there to do things. I would recommend this branch to everyone.

Came in to deposit a check that was singed off to me, MONICA gave me the worst banking experience ever! Asked to get the check Notarized due to the large amount ($6,000) Thats not a Large amount! Plus I asked to deposit not cash! We have deposit in the past Checks over $15,000 with no issues.
