We went into the store to exchange boots and had a horrible experience with Alyssa. She was beyond rude not only to her team but to the customers as well. It was very apparent she didn’t want to be there or offer any kind of decent customer service.

I was in with my 5 yr old on Saturday evening to find her some boots for Christmas. My husband brought the boots to the front and asked for them to be put on hold because they were going to be a surprise for my daughter. We were unable to pick them up on Sunday (the next day) so I called first thing Monday morning to make sure the boots were still there for me to pick up and was told by the staff member that they had no more of that size in store, no size 12 on hold and none in stock. They sold the boots on Sunday that we put on hold Saturday! The staff member knew I was upset about the situation, but did not offer to check any other stores. She said, “I’m sorry, but we must’ve sold them yesterday to somebody else.”

Wow, I can’t say enough about how awesome the staff is there. They were so helpful and so friendly, and so willing to help me find a size in jeans that I was struggling to find they spent 25 minutes with me and my wife trying to find us a size I can’t say enough how awesome their staff is there. Thank you so much for your help.

Have been to this location many times, made several high dollar purchases, and the service just gets worse and worse.
My family and I went in yesterday specifically for a new cowboy hat. We were greeted with “hi welcome in” as we entered. Went directly to the wall of hats that is directly across from the cash register where 3 women were standing and talking with each other. I was looking at hats on the wall, getting into hat boxes, pacing back and forth unsure of what I wanted. This went on for about 15min, the same 3 women standing at the cash register completely ignoring me, a customer. I eventually picked a hat and walked past the cash register to go look at boots for my daughter. 2 of the 3 women made eye contact with me as I walked by and NEVER SAID A WORD!! Now we are back looking at boots, maybe 10min of searching around and looking we did have someone come around the corner and “hi there. Finding everything ok?” We said yup just looking for boots for our daughter. The sales woman immediately turned around and left without a word. Wife and I decided it was time to leave. So we went to the cash register where the original 3 women were still at chatting. I stood at the register for a couple minutes before I was acknowledged and then finally bought the hat. Absolutely horrible experience. Management and staff are apparently not qualified to do their jobs. I will more than likely be taking the hat back for a refund and making my purchases elsewhere in the future.

Got boots for my lil nephew and he loved it. The store was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and very nice. They didn't have kids clothes just boots and hats.

The girls there seemed very judgemental upon arrival greeting other customers but when I walked in a brown person they, kind of looked at me and ignored me. I was ready to spend money but their unclassy greets really made me think otherwise. Just though society was really over racism.
