If I had do overs with this company, I would not walk but run for the nearest exit! Sadly this pluralistic company with all it's websites, chats and multiple phone numbers, is morbidly under staffed to handle the flow of customers and complaints. Sidelined with out of stocks after the fact and slow order processing of a second replacement order with no expediting options. I lost my discount on the first order in limbo due to out of stock. So, if you are ordering online, I would give this company a second thought and run.

Right now, I am giving the company 2-stars. I have not received my mattress yet so I cannot review the quality. I am writing this review now because no one can provide an ETA. The store claims they do not have access nor have any information from their own manufacturer. A company this size should have the technology where their stores can see information on estimated build and completion dates. I could get a call tomorrow that the mattress is ready for pick-up or I could be waiting 3-months. Who knows?

We had a great experience with Brooklyn Bedding. Tony (the sales associate that helped us) was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping us find a new mattress that was within our price range and fit the qualities that we were looking for in a new mattress. We have only slept on the mattress for a few nights now, but so far, we love it and are very happy with our choice.

This is our second visit and purchase at the Queen Creek location of Brooklyn Bedding. Tony was so good the first time and our daughter loves her mattress so much, my wife and I went back to get one for ourselves. Tony and Eric were great. They helped us find the mattress we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Great service!!!Last year, I searched for months and tried all the beds that was worth considering to look at. Discovering Brooklyn Beddings was a blessing. We absolutely love our first set, Sedona Luxe (2-TwinXL) with adjustable bases for our master bedroom. Our beds are firm yet still super comfortable and the quality surpasses my demanding needs! Haven’t slept well in years!We love our beds immensely, we just ordered another set of the same for our master bedroom to place in our summer home. I’ve also purchased the Luxe cooling and water resistant mattress protectors for other beds I already have. Will call Erik next week to order another set for guest room soon as I am able to measure it.Definitely referring Brooklyn Beddings at Queen Creek to everyone. Again, a million thanks Erik!!!

Mario is a stand up guy. Taught my better half and I so much about beds. Helped us fine the perfect bed for us and taught us the differences of all their beds. It was great time and the sleep is much needed and well deserved. Bravo Mario!
