Cafe Rio has usually been a great place to eat. Lately, they haven't had all their items available to add to their new bowls. No corn, no fajita veggies, etc. 4 people in line and one guy making food while 8 other employees are not doing much. ? Soda fountain isn't put together from the cleaning it received the night before. Maybe those that come 1/2 hour after opening will have a better experience. The items that I was able to get on the bowl were delicious.

The service was abhorrent. Ordered salads and the ingredient bar was empty. The employee asked what we wanted on our salads and I said I've never been here before, what are my choices because the bins were all empty. She acted put out and said she could get more of what I wanted. So I had to figure out what was available by the mess all over the counter. The guacamole was brown and rotten looking. She threw chips all over it and I didn't want chips. She then started picking them off but clearly can't get them all. Drug her arm across my salad while she made my husband's salad. After salads were made she said we don't have any dressing. We said we wanted dressing for our salad and she said it would be 6 minutes. We waited 10 minutes and asked. Now they said it would be 15 minutes. The cashier said "sorry, I hate dry salads". While we were paying, the cashier just walked away to replenish something at the soda area. We had to take our receipt from the register and get our own cup. The restaurant was filthy everywhere, the prep area, all tables, and the soda area. Nobody smiled and they all acted like they hate their jobs. Is there a manager here????

Incredible staff!! They were short handed when I visited the store and I couldn't believe how they all worked together to get everyone taken care of. As an added bonus they all had a cheerful attitude! The Manager, Cecilia is outstanding! She came to our table and visited with us for minute then made her way around the other tables. Food was awesome and loved the additions to the menu. Job well done Cafe Rio!!!

I ordered my food online and had it set to be picked up at 12:30 when I picked it up and took it home the food was cold and that was about 12: 35. It seemed like they made it right away and they just let it sit until I picked it up a half an hour after I ordered it. The rice in the burrito was really crunchy and was not cooked all the way through. Food here used to be good but it seems the quality has dropped.

Ordered a quesadilla for my wife and as you can see below the quesadilla is not crispy at all. Also never got her side of guacamole. Not happy at all. Thought the food would taste better but I'm disappointed.

I think the point of an open kitchen is to show how clean and what a good place it is... not so much here. Kitchen was dirty, restaurant was dirty. Eight employees, mostly not doing much, no adult supervision. Food was barely warm, if a health inspector put a thermometer in food they would have written the place up. Will not go back.

Ceci is the absolute best!!! My company puts in a very large food order often and she always ensures it’s correct and on time! Can’t thank you enough for everything, always! You’d get 20+ plus stars if that was an option!
